Abstract: Provided are a composite membrane, a touchpad and a display device. Abstract: A touch module, a touch display panel and a touch display device are provided. The touch module includes a substrate; at least one touch electrode layer disposed over the substrate; a first inorganic material layer disposed over a side of the touch electrode layer away from the substrate; at least one second inorganic material layer disposed over a side of the first inorganic material layer away from the touch electrode layer; and at least one third inorganic material layer disposed over a side of the touch electrode layer adjacent to the substrate. A refractive index of the touch electrode layer is greater than that of the first inorganic material layer; the refractive index of the first inorganic material layer is greater than that of the second inorganic material layer; and the refractive index of the touch electrode layer is greater than that of the third inorganic material layer.
