Abstract: A display panel and a display apparatus are provided. An exemplary display panel includes a display area; a non-display area; a plurality of pixels, including a plurality of edge pixels and a plurality of compensation pixels, arranged as an array along a row direction and a column direction and having a plurality of pixel rows and a plurality of pixel columns; and a light shielding layer. At least portions of transmission areas of the edge pixels are disposed in the display area; entire transmission areas of the compensation pixels are disposed in the non-display area; and a distance d between a first compensation pixel in a first pixel row and a second compensation pixel in a second pixel row is smaller than a distance D between a first edge pixel in the first pixel row and a second edge pixel in the second pixel row.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a display panel and a display device. The non-display area of the display panel includes a chip bonding area, the display area includes first and second display areas. The display area includes sub-pixels and reflective layer portions, projection of reflective layer portion corresponds to opening region of sub-pixel. The display area further includes first and second signal lines. The second signal lines are connected to the first signal lines and the chip bonding area, and each includes first and second lines. The first line is connected to the first signal lines and the chip bonding area through the second line, and arranged in the second display area and extends along a column direction. A projection of first line overlaps a projection of reflective layer portion. The second lines are arranged in the non-display area.

Abstract: A transflective and non-rectangular display panel and a display device are provided. The non-rectangular display panel includes a display region, a non-display region surrounding the display region, multiple pixels including multiple sub pixels, and a light shielding layer. There is a first boundary between the display region and the non-display region, and a region surrounded by the first boundary and the display region is non-rectangular. Each of the multiple pixels includes at least three of the multiple sub pixels. An open region of each of the multiple sub pixels has a transmissive region and a reflective region. The multiple pixels include normal pixels in the display region and abnormal pixels passed through by the first boundary. In each of the abnormal pixels, each of the transmissive region and the reflective region is partially blocked by the light shielding layer and partially emits light therefrom.
