Abstract: An array substrate and a display panel are provided. The array substrate includes a base layer, a first metal layer, a first insulating layer, a second metal layer, a second insulating layer, a first electrode layer, and a reflective layer successively stacked along a direction perpendicular to a plane in which the base layer is located. The second metal layer is used to form a source and a drain of a thin film transistor. The first electrode layer is used to form a pixel electrode. The second insulating layer is provided with a through-hole. The pixel electrode is connected to the drain of the thin film transistor through the through-hole. The reflective layer is provided with a first through-hole, and an orthographic projection of the first through-hole onto the base layer covers an orthographic projection of the through-hole onto the base layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a touch display device, including an upper substrate, a lower substrate, and a liquid crystal layer placed between the upper and lower substrates. The upper substrate includes a touch detection structure, and a plurality of pixel units arranged in a matrix. Each pixel unit includes a switch element and a pixel electrode. The lower substrate includes a common electrode and a reflection layer. The reflection layer is used for reflecting external light, and the external light refers to light from outside and sequentially emitting to the upper substrate and the liquid crystal layer, and then being incident to the reflection layer. In the touch display device, no whole or large area display electrode such as the common electrode is placed between the touch detection structure and the users. Thus, external touch signals will not be shielded, and the touch function can be better realized.

Abstract: A transflective and non-rectangular display panel and a display device are provided. The non-rectangular display panel includes a display region, a non-display region surrounding the display region, multiple pixels including multiple sub pixels, and a light shielding layer. There is a first boundary between the display region and the non-display region, and a region surrounded by the first boundary and the display region is non-rectangular. Each of the multiple pixels includes at least three of the multiple sub pixels. An open region of each of the multiple sub pixels has a transmissive region and a reflective region. The multiple pixels include normal pixels in the display region and abnormal pixels passed through by the first boundary. In each of the abnormal pixels, each of the transmissive region and the reflective region is partially blocked by the light shielding layer and partially emits light therefrom.
