摘要： Embodiments of the present invention include a method for quantitatively detecting embedded particles of a disk spacer ring comprising. The method includes dissolving a layer of a disk spacer ring into a liquid solution, the disk spacer ring layer comprising embedded particles. The method further includes filtering the solution to capture the embedded particles. The method further includes counting the particles.
