    摘要: A structure for eliminating bright lines of a tiled backlight module is provided. The structure includes a light guide plate, and a plurality of light sources. The light guide plate includes a plurality of rows of optical elements. The rows of optical elements extend in parallel. The light sources are provided at least one side of the light guide plate for projecting a light into the light guide plate and generating a regular but non-uniform light outputting performance of the light guide plate. Therefore, a brightness of areas where the optical elements are located is higher than the rest areas, so that the light guide plate achieves a regular but non-uniform light emitting performance. Accordingly, the bright lines occurred at joints between two light guide plates are enshrouded by the high brightness areas, and become hard to identify or even undistinguishable, thus “eliminated”.

    摘要: A structure for eliminating bright lines of a tiled backlight module is provided. The structure includes a light guide plate, and a plurality of light sources. The light guide plate includes a plurality of rows of optical elements. The rows of optical elements extend in parallel. The light sources are provided at least one side of the light guide plate for projecting a light into the light guide plate and generating a regular but non-uniform light outputting performance of the light guide plate. Therefore, a brightness of areas where the optical elements are located is higher than the rest areas, so that the light guide plate achieves a regular but non-uniform light emitting performance. The first light-guided plate includes a plate body and an extension disposed on an edge of the plate body and extending towards the second light-guided plate aside a lateral side of the second light-guided plate. The plate body and the extension form a seamless light incident surface. The extension has a reflection surface. The reflection surface connects the light incident surface or the surface of the plate body. The light source is disposed at a light incident surface of the first light-guided plate for projecting light into the light-guided plate.

    摘要: A backlight module including a light guide panel (LGP), a light source, and a reflective sheet is provided. The LGP has a light entering surface, a light reflecting surface, and a light exiting surface. The LGP includes a plurality of first light guide micro-structures and a plurality of protruding micro-structures. The first light guide micro-structures are disposed on the LGP and distributed at the light reflecting surface. The protruding micro-structures are disposed on the LGP and distributed at the light reflecting surface. The protruding micro-structures and the first light guide micro-structures are distributed alternatively. The light source is disposed beside the light entering surface. The reflective sheet is disposed at a side of the light reflecting surface and is in contact with the protruding micro-structures. Moreover, a liquid crystal display with the above backlight module is also provided.
