A cylindrical valve guide member is fit into the valve chamber, the cylindrical valve guide member including a plurality of guide projections on an inner peripheral surface to guide opening and closing operation of the valve element. Grooves between the plurality of guide projections serve as passages providing communication between the inlet port and the valve seat.

    摘要: A valve device comprises: a valve chamber having an inlet port at one end and a valve seat at the other end; a valve housing containing the valve chamber; the valve chamber accommodating a spherical valve element which performs opening and closing operation to the valve seat, and a valve spring which urges the valve element in a closing direction; and a push rod which penetrates a center hole of the valve seat and pushes the valve element in an opening direction. A cylindrical valve guide member is fit into the valve chamber, the cylindrical valve guide member including a plurality of guide projections on an inner peripheral surface to guide opening and closing operation of the valve element. Grooves between the plurality of guide projections serve as passages providing communication between the inlet port and the valve seat. Thus, it is possible to provide a valve device which can open and close the spherical valve element in an appropriate posture without lateral oscillation while securing the passages between the inlet port and the valve seat of the valve chamber.

    摘要: In a liquid pressure control system including a spool-type control valve mounted between a liquid pressure source and an actuator in such a manner that an output liquid pressure from the liquid pressure source is controlled in accordance with a thrust exhibited by a linear solenoid, a manually operated valve is disposed in a valve housing of the control valve to have an operational axis parallel to an axis of the linear solenoid. The manually operated valve is capable of blocking the communication between the actuator and the control valve and bringing the liquid pressure source into communication with the actuator to bypass the control valve. Thus, the supply of a liquid pressure to the actuator can be secured in any abnormality of the control valve, while enabling a reduction in size of the system in an axial direction of the control valve.

    摘要: An automatic transmission for a vehicle comprises a torque converter TC equipped with a lock-up clutch 4. This automatic transmission further comprises FIRST˜FOURTH speed clutches 31˜34 for a shift control executing a shift from off-going speed ratio to an on-coming speed ratio by controlling the release of the hydraulic pressure from the off-going clutch and by controlling the supply of the hydraulic pressure to the on-coming clutch. A control system comprises first and second off-going pressure releasing valves 70 and 80, which release the hydraulic pressure from the off-going clutch during the shift, a lock-up control valve 40 and a lock-up timing valve 50, which control the engagement of the lock-up mechanism, and a linear solenoid valve 60, which supplies a control pressure to these valves and controls the operation of these valves.
