Abstract: A gas chromatograph includes a display unit, indicators, and a display control unit. The gas chromatograph is provided with a plurality of units having the same function, and the indicators are each associated with any of the plurality of units. When the error has occurred in any of the plurality of units in the gas chromatograph, processing of the display control unit displays an error notification screen on a display screen of a display unit, and in addition, operates an indicator associated with the unit in which the error has occurred. Therefore, a user can recognize in which of the plurality of units the error has occurred.

Abstract: A gas chromatograph is provided with: a sample gas generator (2) configured to generate a sample gas from an injected sample; a separation column (6) fluidly connected to an outlet of the sample gas generator, the separation column (6) being configured to separate components in the sample gas generated by the sample gas generator (2); a detector (8) fluidly connected to an outlet of the separation column (6), the detector (8) being configured to detect the components separated in the separation column (6); a plurality of gas supply sources (12A, 12B) each configured to supply a carrier gas for carrying the sample gas generated by the sample gas generator to the separation column (6); a switching unit (12A, 12B) fluidly connected to the plurality of gas supply sources, the switching unit being configured to switch such that one of the plurality of gas supply sources is fluidly connected to the sample gas generator (2); a regulator (16) interposed between the switching unit (14) and the sample gas generator (2), the regulator (16) being configured to regulate a gas supply pressure from the gas supply source (12A, 12B) and a gas supply flow rate to the sample gas generator (2); and a control unit (30) configured to control an operation of the regulator (16), wherein the control unit (30) is configured such that in a case where the gas supply source fluidly connected to the sample gas generation unit has been changed in order to shift to a standby state capable of performing subsequent sample analysis and that at least a gas type of the carrier gas supplied to the supply gas generation unit (2) has been changed, the control unit (30) performs a replacement promotion operation for putting the gas supply pressure, the gas supply flow rate, or a combination thereof to a state different from the standby state to promote a gas replacement in the flow path for the carrier gas.

Abstract: A gas chromatograph is provided with a communication unit, a setting processing unit, a first operation reception unit, and a maintenance processing unit. The communication unit communicates with an outside. The setting processing unit sets any one of the plurality of maintenance modes to a default maintenance mode in response to an input from the outside via the communication unit. The first operation reception unit is provided in the housing and is configured to accept a progress operation for progressing a maintenance sequence corresponding to the default maintenance mode. The maintenance processing unit progresses the maintenance sequence stepwise each time the progress operation is accepted by the first operation reception unit. The first operation reception unit is commonly used even in a case where any one of the plurality of maintenance modes is set to the default maintenance mode.

Abstract: A sulfur chemiluminescence detector 200 includes: a heating furnace including a gas passage having first and second supply ports, and a heater configured to heat the gas passage; an oxidation-reduction gas supply unit configured to supply, to the gas passage, an oxidizing-agent gas through the first supply port and a reducing-agent gas through the second supply port; a reaction cell configured to make a sample gas that has passed through the gas passage react with ozone; an ozone supply unit configured to supply the ozone into the reaction cell; a vacuum pump connected to the reaction cell; a photodetector configured to detect light generated inside the reaction cell; a signal receiving unit configured to receive a shutdown signal; and a shutdown functioning unit configured to control each unit to automatically stop supplying the reducing-agent gas and the oxidizing-agent gas by the oxidation-reduction gas supply unit, heating the gas passage by the heater, supplying the ozone by the ozone supply unit, and evacuating by the vacuum pump, upon the shutdown signal being received by the signal receiving unit.
