The weight is inside of the body so as to be movable in a front-rear direction. The guide member is in the body and configured to guide movement of the weight in the front-rear direction. The elastic member is in the body and is configured to generate an energizing force to move the weight in a forward direction. The weight is movable backward against the energizing force of the elastic member and one of the weight and the elastic member is inserted into an inside of the other.
