摘要： Transmitted light from a transmitting original recording medium based on light from a first light source which emits light in at least the visible light range is introduced to a solid imaging element via an infrared cutout filter. Image information recorded on the transmitting original recording medium is read based on signals obtained from the solid imaging element. Transmitted light from a transmitting original recording medium, based on light from a second light source, which emits light only in the infrared range, is introduced to the solid imaging element without passing through the infrared cutout filter. Defect information of the recording medium itself is read based on signals obtained from the solid imaging element, so that the read defect information can be removed from the read image information. This enable the recorded image on the film to be read in a suitable manner.

摘要： In an automobile vehicle, fuel injection pulse outputted from an electronic control unit of an engine is transformed into a voltage value as a primary source. The voltage values is transformed by the convolution sum process and synthesized into a sound to cancel the engine noise. The synthesized sound is outputted through the speaker in the passenger compartment. On the other hand, the reduced noise sound is detected as an error signal by the microphone. The error signal is inputted to an LMS circuit where the filter coefficient is updated in accordance with both inputted error signal and the primary source. Since the fuel injection pulse before the combustion stroke is used, the noise sound can be precisely and immediately reduced even in the transient conditions of the vehicle operation.
