摘要： A mechanism for detecting stopping of rotation of a normally rotating member which mechanism can be minimized in its axial direction and reduced in production cost. The mechanism comprises a normally rotating member normally rotating in one direction around a fixed axis, and a detecting member for detecting stopping of rotation of the normally rotating member. One of the two members has a resilient contacting portion for resiliently contacting and fitting with the other member under a radially acting resilient force of the same thereby to produce a contact pressure between the two members. The detecting member is urged in a direction by the normally rotating member when the normally rotating member is rotating, and the detecting member detects stopping of rotation of the normally rotating member from disappearance of the urging force by the normally rotating member.

摘要： A tape recorder wherein stopping of a reel receiving member in a reproduction or recording operating mode of the tape recorder is detected assuredly to activate a particular mechanism of the tape recorder such as an automatic stopping mechanism or an automatic reversing mechanism without a high contacting pressure of a pinch roller to a capstan while assuring a high stability of running of a tape. The tape recorder comprises a detecting member frictionally engaged with the reel receiving member so that while the reel receiving member is rotating, the detecting member produces an urging force in a direction. When the tape recorder is in a reproduction or recording operating mode, the urging force moves an operating member away from a locus of an engaging portion of a rotary member connected to the reel receiving member, but upon stopping of the reel receiving member, the urging force disappears so that the engaging portion will be engaged with and move the operating member thereby to activate such a particular mechanism. But when the tape recorder is in any other operating mode, the operating member is held away from the locus of the engaging portion of the rotary member.

In the device, an inserted disk pushes a first lever and, when the first lever has been rocked beyond a dead point related to a lever biasing means, the first lever is rocked by the elastic force of the lever biasing means. At this time, a second lever follows the first lever, and the disk is pushed forth up to and positioned at a playback position by the two levers. In this state, a drive means is started to cause a clamper to be lowered and hold the disk on a turntable. Subsequently, the two levers are retreated from the disk.

摘要： An automatic stop mechanism for a tape recorder is described. When a magnetic tape has been wound up fully on a reel, slipping takes place between a gear and reel shaft so that the reel shaft stops. As a consequence, a contact portion of a cam follower is caused to separate from a cam surface and a cam is brought into contact with the contact portion. Since the fulcrum of the cam follower is fixed, a turnable lever is caused to turn clockwise so that a gear is separated form the gear. By the turning motion of the turnable lever, its bent end portion presses a lug of a lock member from the right, thereby shifting the lock member leftwards. A head mounting plate is hence released from its engagement with the lock member and is allowed to return to its non-operated position, whereby a magnetic head is allowed to return to its stop position.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an automatic reverse mechanism for a tape recorder. The mechanism can automatically reverse the A and B sides of a magnetic tape. Rotary forces from capstans provided on both sides of a magnetic head are transmitted to their corresponding reel shafts, which are provided in a pair symmetrically relative to a magnetic head, by way of their corresponding rotation transmitting members. Based on results of a detection by a mechanical detector capable of detecting a stop of one of the reel shafts, a rotary force is transmitted to the other reel shaft via its corresponding rotation transmitting member by a changeover bar so that the running direction of the magnetic tape is reversed automatically.

摘要： With a cassette tape recorder embodying this invention, a cassette-holding board provided with at least one reel shaft and at least one capstan shaft is fitted to a fixed case in a state capable of sliding into and out of said fixed case. A cassette-pressing plate spring is fitted to the inner wall of both lateral boards of the fixed case. Where the cassette-holding board is made to slide out of the fixed case, a tape cassette is inserted into the cassette-loading section of the cassette-holding board and then the cassette-holding board is made to slide into the fixed case, then the tape cassette is pressed by the cassette-pressing plate spring, bringing the magnetic head and pinch roller into contact with a magnetic tape received in the tape cassette. Where the cassette-holding board is made to slide out of the fixed case, then the magnetic head and pinch roller are removed from the cassette-holding board, and the cassette-pressing plate spring is also released from the tape cassette, thereby enabling the tape cassette to be easily taken out of the cassette-loading section on the outside of the fixed case.

摘要： Provision of a disc loading apparatus for a disc player, which permits a disc being inserted to be safely pulled out without being held between a turntable and a clamper. A clamper supporting member having an engagement portion carries the clamper, and a stopper is disposed on the line of movement of the engagement portion. The stopper is normally at a preventing position of being in contact with the engagement portion to prevent the clamper from approaching the turntable. When a disc has been inserted up to a position that it can be held on the turntable, it pushes the stopper to an approach allowable position to allow the clamper to approach the turntable. When the clamper approaches the turntable, the stopper is pushed by the engagement portion of the clamper supporting member to a retreated position, at which the stopper is out of contact with the disc.
