摘要： An electron gun for a color picture tube has beam generators for generating three electron beams and directing them toward the fluorescent screen along three paths which are parallel with each other on the same plane, and at least one pair of electrode surfaces each having three apertures centered with the three paths for forming independent main lenses so as to focus the electron beams on the fluorescent screen, the electrode surfaces being spaced apart from each other. Provided for the electrode surface are cylindrical shield members centered with the apertures and extending from the apertures in opposition to the opposing electrode surface. Outer ones of the cylindrical shield members have each an end surface inclined with respect to the center axis of the aperture so as to form inclined electric fields effective to converge the outer beams to one point to which the central beam converges.

摘要： An image processing device provides a detection result of additional information added to each of pages which constitute a document. The image processing device includes an input part which inputs image data of each page of a document. A detection part generates a page detection result of additional information added to the image data, the page detection result being generated on a page basis and indicating a result of detection of the additional information for each page. A detection result output part outputs an outline result indicating an outline of the page detection results for the respective pages on a document basis, together with an identifier of the document associated with the outline result.

摘要： A method and an apparatus capable of measuring the density of steam within a steam pipe even in limited environmental conditions such as in a steam injection well. A vessel which accommodates therein first and second neutron detectors disposed in mutual longitudinal alignment with a neutron source interposed therebetween and in which the second detector is covered with a neutron shield capable of absorbing thermal neutrons while allowing epithermal neutrons to penetrate therethrough is inserted into the steam pipe together with a thermal neutron shielding sheet completely encircling the vessel. From the neutrons which were emitted from the neutron source and passed out and back through the neutron shield and the steam region, those epithermal neutrons which have not undergone transformation to thermal neutrons within the steam region are detected by both the first and second detectors, while the thermal neutrons resulting from the transformation are detected by the first detector only. The steam density is determined on the basis of a cadmium ratio derived from the counts of the two detectors.

摘要： A press machine is disclosed which is provided with a plurality of press dies fixedly secured on a bolster. The machine has a vertically reciprocable frame member with a predetermined constant stroke, which carries a plurality of pressure plates cooperating with the die, respectively. Each pressure plate is axially movable with respect to the frame member and threadedly connected with a spacer plate arranged between the frame member and the pressure plate. The shut height of the machine can be individually adjusted for each pressure plate, by rotating the spacer plate relative to the pressure plate. The shut height can be optimized very easily and in short a time so that the productivity can considerably be improved.

摘要： A portable terminal obtains a first code used to obtain provision information and a second code, different from the first code, from a communication device. The portable terminal transmits the first and second codes to an information processing device, receives the provision information from the information processing device as a response to the transmission, and outputs the received provision information. The information processing device includes a first storage unit storing the first code and a second storage unit storing, by associating, the second code and the provision information. The information processing device receives the first and second codes from the portable terminal, obtains provision information associated with the received second code from the second storage unit when the received first code is stored in the first storage unit, and transmits the obtained provision information to the portable terminal. The first code is deleted in exiting from a specific area.
