    摘要: A network node, computer program, computer-readable medium and method for fail-safe data transmission in a network, in which data packets are transmitted from a sender to a receiver via redundant paths, upon which resources for the transmission are reserved at participating network nodes utilizing an identifier associated with the relevant path, wherein, if a new path is to be found for at least one of the paths involved, then the previous reservations on all redundant paths are maintained, a new redundant path is determined for the at least one path involved and an attempt is made to reserve resources for the transmission on this new redundant path at the participating network nodes, wherein a new identifier associated with the new path is utilized, and if the new reservations on the at least one new path are successful, then previous reservations on the at least one previous path involved are removed.

    摘要: The invention describes a transmission device having a (TCP/IP) protocol stack (S, S′), which is designed for the transmission of data (D) in a time-sensitive network (TSN). The transmission device comprises at least one TSN-compliant virtual Ethernet interface (2.2, 2.2′) and an associated TSN control unit (3.1, 3.1′). The at least one TSN-compliant virtual Ethernet interface (2.2, 2.2) is designed to send and/or receive a TSN-compliant data stream (2.1, 2.1) in a physical layer (1) of the TCP/IP protocol stack (S, S). The TSN-compliant data stream (2.1, 2.1′) can be configured and/or parameterised by means of the associated TSN control unit (3.1, 3.1′).

    摘要: A method is provided which enables industrial communication via the TSN protocol by means of sockets. Owing to the described method, the possibility of communicating with the socket programming known to the programmer via TSN streams is provided. As a result, simple use of the new TSN quality for simple Internet (IP) programming is possible. Existing applications can easily be expanded for TSN and can therefore benefit from the robustness of TSN in a simple manner. In addition, parallel operation is possible; the same mechanism is always used.

    摘要: Method for data transmission within an industrial communication network, wherein selected datagrams are transmitted within predetermined time intervals, which are synchronized at all network nodes, where a number of network nodes from the respective source network node to the respective target network node is determined for forwarding the selected datagrams in each case, and where the selected datagrams are transmitted during first periodic time intervals having a first protection interval length in the event of a determined number of network nodes corresponding to at least one predefined threshold value and, in contrast thereto, if a determined number lies below the threshold value, then the selected datagrams are transmitted during second periodic time intervals having a second protection interval length, which is shorter than the first protection interval length.
