    摘要: A method for producing a tooth replacement part to be secured on an implant, based on a 3D model of the tooth replacement part with a surface and with a continuous screw channel with an initial shape in the form of a cylindrical barrel, with a first and a second end, wherein a cross sectional area of the screw channel is designed to be constant and/or to increase in size towards the second end of the screw channel. A 3D model of an inlay with a jacket surface, an upper face and a lower face is generated. A part of the surface of the 3D model of the tooth replacement part that is cut out through the second end of the final shape of the screw channel is used as the upper face and the jacket surface is configured as a negative form of a part of the final shape of the screw channel that adjoins the second end.

    摘要: Digital design and/or fabrication of a dental prosthesis that includes a gingiva part having retention pockets and corresponding injection channels that extend from the retention pockets to an exterior of the gingiva part. The positioning of a matrix mated to a ball attachment of a dental implant is fixed in the retention pocket by injection of a curable adhesive through the injection channels and into the retention pockets. The location of the retention pockets and the injection channels may be automatically generated by a computer-aided design/computer-assisted manufacturing (CAD/CAM) system. The gingiva part including the retention pockets and injection channels can further be designed and fabricated by the CAD/CAM system.

    摘要: The invention relates to a specimen part (1) for creating a stress-free fit, a so-called passive fit, of implant-supported and/or abutment-supported bridges (2) and bars (3) by means of a CAD/CAM tool for the creation of restorations (5), and to a method for creating a restoration from a digital model (15) of a patient's jaw provided with at least two implants and/or abutments, wherein the model (15) is determined by means of an intraoral scan (14). In order to improve the precision of restorations and to shorten the production process, provision is made that the specimen part (1) per implant (4) and/or abutment has a scannable structure (6), preferably at a defined distance (7) and angle (8) to the implant (4) and/or abutment. In the method according to the invention, a specimen part (1) is produced from the model (15) by means of CAD/CAM, the specimen part (1) is checked in terms of its dimensional match to at least two implants (4) and/or abutments and if necessary is corrected, the specimen part (1) is scanned, and a digital model (15) of the optionally altered specimen part (1) is generated, which model is used to generate a restoration (16) manufactured by CAD/CAM.

    摘要: Preparation of a dental prosthesis that includes a gingiva part having retention holes for seating of manufactured teeth, with the retention holes being enlarged relative to the manufactured teeth. Wax in the enlarged retention holes permits adjustments in positioning of the manufactured teeth, and a helper structure preserves this positioning when the wax is removed and a curable gingiva material is filled into the retention holes. Aspects described herein include digital and/or automatic design of the dental prosthesis and its constituent pieces, as well as automated fabrication thereof in whole or in part, such as in a dental CAD/CAM system.
