    Abstract: An expandable modular energy-dissipation protection net unit group includes support columns each provided at each of two ends of each support column with a first horizontal longitudinal rotation reversing device on the left side, a second horizontal longitudinal rotation reversing device on the right side and a transverse rotation reversing device on the bottom; a transverse endless support rope, a longitudinal endless support rope and connectors. The transverse endless support rope is wound on the transverse rotation reversing device. The longitudinal endless support rope is wound on the first horizontal longitudinal rotation reversing device and the second horizontal longitudinal rotation reversing device adjacent. A metal net panel is tied by the plurality of connecting members and hung on the transverse endless support rope and the longitudinal endless support rope.

    Abstract: A throwing toughness buffer mesh unit for a rockfall protection and a design method of a critical throwing angle thereof are provided. The throwing toughness buffer mesh unit includes a cable column, wherein the cable column is provided with a sliding device on a top end and connected to a foundation structure via a hinged support at a bottom; a support rope, wherein the support rope is connected to the sliding device on the cable column in a sliding way and provided with a spring buffer on an end, wherein the spring buffer is obliquely anchored to a rock mass base near a protection structure; a protection net, which is obliquely hung on the support rope via a connector. A pavement inclination angle of the protection net is adjusted to a critical throwing angle by adjusting a height difference between cable columns to control a throwing track of falling rocks.

    Abstract: An arbitrary-shaped fabricated test block for a high-steep slope rolling stone test includes a connecting square barrel and test block bodies. The connecting square barrel is formed by enclosing steel plates, the steel plates are provided with connecting grooves on a periphery of the steel plates, and the connecting grooves are provided with connecting groove bolt holes. The test block bodies are printed on printing bases by 3D printing technology, connecting plates are fixedly arranged on the printing bases, connecting plate bolt holes are formed in the connecting plates, and high-strength bolts penetrate through the connecting groove bolt holes and the connecting plate bolt holes to connect the test block bodies to the connecting square barrel. A sensor box is fixedly arranged on an inner side of the connecting square barrel, and a sensor is arranged in the sensor box.
