Abstract: A method of collecting transaction records on a pre-paid mobile communication device. The method comprising sending a request by an application to receive a plurality of transaction records; receiving the plurality of transaction records by the application, wherein each transaction record comprises a transaction record identifier. The method further comprising, for each transaction record, looking up a transaction record identifier in the non-transitory memory of the mobile communication device comprising a plurality of existing transaction records comprising transaction record identifiers from previously collected transaction records, if the transaction record identifier of the transaction record identifier does not match an existing transaction record identifier, and copying the transaction record and transaction record identifier to the memory of the mobile communication device.

Abstract: A method of authenticating a mobile communication device subscriber. The method comprises receiving an authentication request from a third party, where the authentication request designates a level of authentication and comprises a telephone number of a mobile communication device to be authenticated, looking up identifying information based on the telephone number received in the authentication request, transmitting an authentication challenge to an authenticator client application on the mobile communication device associated with the looked up identifying information, where the authentication challenge is based on the level of authentication designated in the authentication request received from the third party, receiving a response to the authentication challenge from the authenticator client application, evaluating the response to the authentication challenge, and transmitting an authentication result based on the evaluation of the response to the authentication challenge to the third party that sent the authentication request.

The method comprises receiving event records by a collector component executing on a computer system, storing the event records in a messaging queue by the collector component, where the messaging queue is executed on the computer system, retrieving some of the event records from the messaging queue by a producer component executing on the computer system, where each of the retrieved event records are associated with a same on-going telecommunication activity, aggregating the event records associated with the same on-going telecommunication activity by the producer into a bundle, retrieving the bundle by a consumer component executing on the computer system, formatting the bundle by the consumer component into an aggregated data record, analyzing the aggregated data record based on a predefined fraud pattern by the consumer component, and generating a billing record by the consumer component based on the aggregated data record.

Abstract: A processor-implemented method of providing personalized integrated audio comprises maintaining, by a computer, a profile for a user, creating the audio stream to transmit to an audio play device associated with the user and inserting the music from a source into the audio stream, interrupting the insertion of the music into the audio stream, inserting a first audio message into the audio stream, and resuming insertion of the music into the audio stream after the completion of the first audio message. The profile comprises user specified preferences for music and a user-defined schedule of when insertion of audio messages from user selected subscribed information services are permitted into an audio stream, and the first audio message is selected by the computer from the user selected subscribed information services of the profile based on at least one of a time or a place of the audio play device.

Abstract: A system for providing targeted customer assistance to a wireless communication service subscriber comprising a mobile communication device comprising a processor; a display, a non-transitory memory, a radio transceiver, and a self-service client application. In response to the event information matching at least one trigger signature, selects a phone number associated with the category of customer service, presents the phone number via an embedded API, and calls a group associated with the category by invoking an embedded API of a dialer, wherein the log is transmitted to the group.
