摘要： A thermoformed article carries an image. Using a first sheet carrying a grid image and a mold having at least two cavities, a forming carrying a grid distortion pattern for each cavity is made. An initial image is computed for each cavity based on the corresponding grid distortion pattern and a desired image. The initial images are applied to a second sheet. Using the second sheet and the mold, at least two articles are made, each article carrying a distorted image that is substantially similar to the desired image.
