Abstract: A table assembly comprising a leg assembly having upper and lower ends, the leg assembly including a fixed first member having upper and lower ends, a movable second member disposed in sliding engagement with the first member, the engagement including a retracted configuration and an expanded configuration, a cam member including a cam section, the cam member operably coupled to one of the first and second members, the cam member having a rotational range of travel from a first angular orientation corresponding to the expanded configuration of the first and second members to a second angular orientation corresponding to the contracted configuration of the first and second members, a spring supported by the leg assembly and operably coupled to the cam member, wherein the cam member and the spring cooperate to apply a force to the second member tending to drive the second member toward the expanded configuration, a velocity governor supported by at least one of the first and second members for, while the second member is moving, restricting the speed with which the second member moves with respect to the first member to a maximum speed without completely stopping second member.

Abstract: A lounge assembly comprising a lower wall assembly including first and second substantially planar wall sections, the first and second wall sections forming first and second internal surfaces, respectively, that form an angle and at least in part define an assembly space, a lounge chair assembly including a seat and a backrest, the seat including a front edge portion and the backrest including first and second side edges, the lounge chair assembly mounted at least in part within the assembly space with the seat at a first height with a front surface of the backrest facing away from the first internal surface and the first side edge spaced apart from the second internal surface and a worksurface member having a flat and substantially horizontal tabletop surface and a circumferential edge that defines a tabletop shape, the worksurface member supported within the assembly space at a second height above the first height of the seat with a rear portion thereof extending between the first side edge and an adjacent portion of the second internal surface.

Abstract: A tablet assembly for use in a space partially defined by a wall structure having a substantially planar wall surface, the assembly comprising a first coupler supported by the wall structure, a tablet support arm assembly having a support arm length dimension between proximal and distal ends, the proximal end mounted to the first coupler adjacent the planar wall surface for rotation about a first vertical axis through a first range of motion between first and second first-axis limit positions, the arm assembly extending from the planar wall surface to form acute angles with the planar wall surface in each of the first and second first-axis limit positions and a tablet member forming top and bottom surfaces and having a side edge, the tablet member supported at the distal end of the arm for rotation about a second vertical axis through a second range of motion between first and second second-axis limit positions, wherein the limit positions limit the tablet member to positions in which the side edge of the tablet member is constrained from contacting the planar wall surface.
