Abstract:
The station comprises a tub suited to be filled with water and shaped to receive a user partially immersed therein, and a gymnastics device comprising a frame receivable within the tub and supporting a seat and a revolving pedal crank that is arranged in front of the seat. The pedal crank is pivotally supported on supports integral with the frame and provided with three hinge seats which are differently spaced from the seat and are selectively engageable by the pedal crank.
Abstract:
A roll mould for pastafilata cheese, comprising a cylinder having a lateral surface carved with a plurality of narrow, elongated recesses, having substantially equal depths and widths, and communicating, via respective passages with elements for supplying pressurized water, which elements are arranged for momentary operation to eject the contents of the recesses. Preferably, the recesses extend longitudinally to the cylinder and are sized to produce cheesesticks of a weight less than 1 gram.
Abstract:
The apparatus is capable of supplying curds continuously, and comprises: a horizontal channel with a tapered bottom, having a feeding auger arranged in the bottom and actuatable by motor means; several cradles with semicircular section, rotatably carried in a horizontal position in the channel above the auger, and having a diameter slightly less than the distance between opposite walls of the channel, and actuatable by actuator means to take a first position with their mouths looking upwards and a second position with their mouths looking downwards; and several cheesemaking tipping vats arranged side-by-side with the channel and adapted to pour curds into the cradles while the latter are in their first position.
Abstract:
Two disk-shaped pans are moulded with radial depressions each having a substantially V-shaped transverse profile, with a progressively increasing width and depth from the center of each pan to its border. Motor elements such as a four-bar linkage are arranged for rotating one of the pans around its axis with a reciprocating motion. The other pan can be pressed against the former to squeeze a lump of dough placed therebetween.
Abstract:
The apparatus comprises a frame, an oven having two pizza reception areas which are accessible through an inlet opening, and a pizza-holding arm hinged to the frame about a vertical axis and supporting a pizza-holding shover which is movable between a loading position outside the oven and an unloading position inserted in the oven, under control of first motor means. A second motor can rotate the arm at predetermined angular positions, in each of which the path of the shover is directed to a respective pizza reception area. A control unit controls both the first motor with different speeds in the two directions, whereby the shover slowly enters the oven while conveying a pizza and suddenly withdraws from the oven to unload the pizza, and the second motor for successively positioning the pizza-holding arm at such predetermined angular positions.
Abstract:
A substantially horizontal, flat shovel (30), made of thin, perforated metal plate, is integral with a slide (28) which is slidable on a guide (26), itself integral with a mounting (18). The shovel is driven by an actuator (20, 22, 24, 32, 34, 36) for moving forward and backward, while staying tangent to a facing rest shelf, at either of two speeds, a slow speed and a fast speed. The mounting (18) can move to different positions facing respective processing stations (42, 44).
Abstract:
In order to avoid using anti-stick paints, based on polytetrafluoroethylene or the like, on parts of cheesemaking machines which are to be in contact with hot curds (pastafilata), their surfaces are sandblasted with preferably virgin white corundum powder having a granulometry of about 180 mesh. Surprisingly, surfaces so treated are non-stick for the purposes mentioned above.
Abstract:
The shaft (16) goes through a hole in a wall (10). A bushing (26) is attached to the wall and carries a first gasket (28) adjacent to the wall and sealing against the shaft (16) and a lip seal (32) at a distance from the first gasket so that a toroidal chamber (34) is defined between the first gasket, the web, the bushing and the shaft. An inlet passage (44), preferably bored in the body of the bushing, connects said toroidal chamber (34) with a source of pressurized water, and an outlet passage (48), also preferably bored in the body of the bushing, drains the water from the toroidal chamber (34).
Abstract:
A cheese hardening machine for pasta filata cheese, such as mozzarella and the like, comprises an elongated, open-top vat adapted to be filled with water up to a predetermined level, and having a loading end and a delivery end; a tube connecting said loading end and said delivery end of the vat, running below said predetermined level; a turbine in the tube, adapted to be driven by motor means for propelling the water in the tube with turbulent flow from the delivery end to the loading end; continuous shovel means slowly sweeping the vat bottom from the loading end to the delivery end; loading means for continuously loading cheese at the loading end of the vat; and extractor means for continuously extracting cheese from the delivery end of the vat.
Abstract:
The machine, which is adapted to be continuously fed with pasta filata, comprises:(a) a horizontal, circular table, having a first radial aperture adapted to be supplied with pasta filata and a second radial aperture for delivery of the product;(b) a shaft protruding vertically from the table center and driven by stepping motor means located beneath the table, and having an integral wheel provided with a peripheral rim;(c) a set of sector-shaped plates adapted to abut against said rim to form a full ring, each sector-shaped plate being slidably supported on the table and being provided with a plurality of radially aligned rows of vertical molding tubes opening at their bottoms through the plate and housing respective slidable pistons, so that each row of molding tubes will straddle a desired aperture of said first or second radial apertures for predetermined angular positions of said wheel;(d) fastening means for clamping said sector-shaped plates to said wheel rim;(e) water spraying means located above the sector-shaped plates for spraying the molding tubes with cold water.
