摘要: Organic electroluminescent display (OELD) devices and method of fabricating them, make use of a printed circuit board as a deposition substrate. The OELD device includes a printed circuit board including a first region provided with at least one first through hole and a second region provided with at least one second through hole, the second region surrounding the first region, a second through electrode disposed in the second through hole, a first electrode including a first through electrode and a first conductive layer, the first through electrode being disposed in the first through hole, and the first conductive layer being disposed on the first through electrode and the printed circuit board, and being spaced apart from the second through electrode, an organic electroluminescent layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the organic electroluminescent layer and connected to the second through electrode.
