摘要: A two-drive-system fluid pressure chuck including two sets of jaw members capable of chucking a workpiece from two directions X and Y. The chuck includes two cylinder apparatuses, a first rod, a second rod, and a cam member. The first rod being slidably disposed within the inside of the second rod. The cam member is formed at the tip of each rod and is used to convert the reciprocal operation of each rod into the opening and closing operations of the jaw members. A notch is formed in the side of the second rod, and the cam member of the first rod protrudes out from the second rod through this notch to connect to the jaw member.

摘要: A spring or springs are provided between driving-side members that operate together with an output shaft of a stepping motor, and driven-side members that operate together with a jaw member. Thereby, when the jaw members performs opening motion, the driving-side members and the driven-side member directly engage with each other, thereby allowing a driving force to be transmitted directly from the output shaft to the jaw members. When the jaw members performs workpiece-holding operation, the driving-side members and the driven-side member engage each other via the spring or springs, thereby allowing the driving force to be elastically transmitted from the output shaft to the jaw members via the spring or the springs. In this configuration, when the workpiece-holding operation is performed by the jaw members, the stepping motor is controlled so as to over-rotate in a buffered manner.

摘要: In a slide actuator, a central guide rail having V-shaped grooves defined therein and opened at 90 degree angles, is mounted on a cylinder body. A slide table is brought into engagement with the guide rail. Guide members having V-shaped grooves defined therein are provided inside the slide table so that they are opposed to the grooves defined in the guide rail. Cylindrical roller bearings are alternately fitted at inclinations of 90.degree. in their corresponding channels defined by the opposed grooves. Thus, when the roller bearings are rolled, the slide table is displaced with higher accuracy and a load supported by the slide table is transmitted to the guide rail from the roller bearings.

摘要: An inertial force applied to a motor drive shaft when jaw members stop at opening and closing ends, grasping positions of a workpiece, and the like is absorbed and damage to motor parts such as gears due to impact is prevented. For this purpose, in an electric hand in which a pair of cam grooves 15, 15 are provided to a cam member 12 mounted to the drive shaft 3a of an electric motor 3, drive pins 13 fitted into the cam grooves 15, 15 are respectively provided to the pair of jaw members 2, 2 for grasping the workpiece, and a reciprocating rotating motion of the drive shaft 3a is converted to opening/closing motions of the jaw members 2, 2 by the cam member 12 and the drive pins 13, an inner cylinder member 18 mounted to the drive shaft 3a and an outer cylinder member 19 provided to the cam member 12 and fitted with the inner cylinder member 18 such that the outer cylinder member 19 can rotate with respect to the inner cylinder member 18 are connected through a plurality of elastic bodies 20 and impact that acts on the drive shaft 3a when the cam member 12 stops at swinging ends is absorbed by elastic deformation of the elastic bodies 20.

摘要: The fine barium titanate particles of the present invention have an average primary particle diameter of from 10 nm to less than 20 nm, a sphericity of 1.00 to 1.18, and a ratio of an average secondary particle diameter to the average primary particle diameter of 0.7 to 6.0. The fine barium titanate particles of the present invention can exhibit a small behavior particle diameter and can be readily monodispersed notwithstanding very fine particles, and as a result, can be suitably used as various dielectric materials because the particles are free from aggregation therebetween and have an excellent dispersibility.
