    Abstract: A device for machining a gear using a rotating machining tool. The device has a motor spindle having a drive motor and motor spindle shaft drivable by the drive motor for driving the machining tool. The device has an attachment structure for releasably attaching the device to a work spindle of a tool head. The attachment structure is configured so the tool axis is parallel to the work spindle axis when the device is attached to the work spindle. A device is further disclosed to connect a machining tool to a counter bearing in a simple manner. For this purpose, the counter bearing has a hollow shaft. A mandrel having first and second clamping regions are arranged at positions along the longitudinal axis of the mandrel. The mandrel is inserted through the hollow shaft along the tool axis into a longitudinal bore of the machining tool.

    Abstract: An expansion clamping device includes a base body and an expansion socket. The expansion socket is inserted into the base body to form a pressure chamber. The pressure chamber can be applied with a hydraulic medium while elastically deforming the expansion socket, in order to achieve a clamping effect in a receiving space which is open in the axial direction of the base body towards a face side and is surrounded by the expansion socket in the circumferential direction. The expansion socket has an elastically deformable clamping section and a collar projecting outwardly in the radial direction on the face side. The expansion socket bears with a bearing surface of the collar in the axial direction against a contact surface of a contact shoulder of the base body and, at least in the region of the bearing surface, is firmly connected, in particular by a material bond, to the base body. The clamping section transitions into the collar in a transition region, a recess being formed in the expansion socket in the transition region in such a way that the transition region overlaps over the contact shoulder of the base body in regions, the bearing surface of the expansion socket bearing against the contact surface in a radially outer contact region thereof, and the contact surface having a radially inner free region adjacent to the contact region, in which free region the expansion socket does not bear against the contact surface.

A movable magnetic assembly includes one or more movable magnetic rings fixed to the moving assembly. An outer lateral dimension of each of the movable magnetic rings is less than an inner lateral dimension of the bore. The stationary magnetic assembly and the movable magnetic assembly are configured such that, when the moving assembly is displaced along the longitudinal axis from an equilibrium position, attractive and repulsive forces between the movable magnetic assembly and the stationary magnetic assembly yield a restoring force that is directed to restore the moving assembly to the equilibrium position.

    Abstract: A drive system for driving a chuck device including a piston and a pair of fingers to be opened and closed according to the displacement of the piston, includes a controller, a detection sensor to detect an axial position of the piston, and three-port servo valves to switch a state of supply of the fluid to the chuck device. A degree of valve opening is controllable based on a control signal input from the controller, and an amount of displacement of the piston and an amount of opening and closing of the fingers are controlled by changing the degree of valve opening.     Abstract: A blade changer unit includes a blade chuck for holding a cutting blade, a moving unit for moving the blade chuck, and a control unit for controlling moving unit. The blade chuck has a plurality of electrically conductive grippers for holding the cutting blade. The controller detects conduction between the grippers and a boss. The control unit includes a calculator for calculating the position of a central axis of the mount from coordinates where the conduction between the holder and the boss is detected when the moving unit is controlled to bring the grippers into contact with the mount at at least three points, and a mounting/dismounting controller for mounting and dismounting the cutting blade while the central axis of the blade chuck is aligned with the central axis of the mount calculated by the calculator.
