摘要： The present invention provides methods for reducing tumor survival, expansion, and metastasis. In particular, the invention provides methods for reducing pancreatic tumor survival, expansion, and metastasis. The invention also provides agents for use in the methods, particularly agents that reduce the level or activity of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), and methods for identifying such agents.
