    摘要： A trim cover for a seat includes: a high extensible skin material; and a low extensible skin material. A joint part of the edge portion of the high extensible skin material and the edge portion of the low extensible skin material has a plurality of highly extensible protrusions and a plurality of low extensible protrusions, the plurality of highly extensible protrusions and the plurality of low extensible protrusions are each formed in a sharp tapered shape and are arranged alternately in an extending direction of the joint part, and at least a part of a boundary line between the highly extensible protrusion and the low extensible protrusion, which are adjacent in the extending direction of the joint part, is deviated from a line segment formed by connecting respective tips of the highly extensible protrusion and the low extensible protrusion to the low extensible protrusion side.

    摘要： A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion and a seatback. The seat cushion includes a pad having a groove, a plurality of seat covers for covering the pad surface, and a suspending member for connecting two of the plurality of seat covers, and fixing the two seat covers to the pad inside the groove formed in the pad. A plurality of minute holes are formed in the suspending member between a part connected to one of the two seat covers and a part connected to the other seat cover for ventilation between an inside and an outside of the groove formed in the pad with respect to the suspending member. This secures ventilation performance of the seat cover surface even when the occupant is seated on the vehicle seat.

The part of the strap bridged between the first supporting portion and the second supporting portion are manipulated in a direction entering into the recess or in a direction separating from the recess such that a wire cable is drawn. This allows easily drawing the wire cable using the space of the recess when the strap is manipulated. Accordingly, operability of the strap is improved.

    摘要： A vehicle seat comprising a foam padding having a through-bore, a surface cover element covering a surface of the foam padding, and a functional element formed from a soft material. The functional element has a tubular body fitted in the through-bore of the foam padding and a flange integral with the tubular body. An area of the flange of the functional element, adjacent to a peripheral end of the flange, is sewn with a reverse side of an edge portion of an opening defined in the surface cover element, such reverse side facing to the foam padding. The surface cover element with the flange thus sewn therewith covers the foam padding, with the tubular body being fitted in the through-bore of the foam padding, so that a surface of the flange and an opening of the tubular body are exposed in an outer surface of the vehicle seat.
