摘要: In an embodiment, an electronic device 1 has a panel 20, a housing 10 that holds the panel 20, and a piezoelectric element 30 installed on the rear side of the panel 20, wherein the piezoelectric element 30 is installed at a position that allows for the vibration amplitude of the panel 20 to become the highest on the side closer to the center of the panel 20 in the longitudinal direction from the installed position of the piezoelectric element 30. The electronic device is capable of causing an entire panel to vibrate in a stable manner.

摘要: In an embodiment, an electroacoustic converter (earphone 100) has an enclosure 41, piezoelectric sounding body 32, electromagnetic sounding body 31, and passage 35. The piezoelectric sounding body 32 includes a first vibration plate 321 having a periphery supported directly or indirectly on the enclosure 41, and a piezoelectric element 322 placed at least on one side of the vibration plate 321. The piezoelectric sounding body 32 has a second vibration plate and divides the interior of the enclosure 41 into a first space S1 and a second space S2. The electromagnetic sounding body 31 is placed in the first space S1. The passage 35 is provided in or around the piezoelectric sounding body 32 to connect the first space S1 and second space S2. The electroacoustic converter is capable of obtaining desired frequency characteristics easily.

摘要: Provided is a vibration panel including an inner member, a first outer member, a second outer member, a piezoelectric actuator, an actuator bonding layer, and a filler. The inner member includes first and second main surfaces. The first outer member includes third and fourth main surfaces, the third main surface including a first region and a second region. The second outer member includes fifth and sixth main surfaces, the fifth main surface including a third region and a fourth region. The piezoelectric actuator causes vibration. The actuator bonding layer is disposed between the piezoelectric actuator and the second region and bonds the piezoelectric actuator to the second region. The filler fills a space between the second region and the fourth region and covers the piezoelectric actuator.

摘要: A multilayer piezoelectric element includes a ceramic base body, a pair of external electrodes, multiple internal electrodes, and surface electrodes. The pair of external electrodes cover a pair of end faces and extend from the pair of end faces along a pair of principal faces and a pair of side faces. The multiple internal electrodes are stacked inside the ceramic base body along the thickness direction, and are connected alternately to one or the other of the pair of external electrodes along the thickness direction. 摘要: An electroacoustic transducer includes a piezoelectric speaker and a housing. The piezoelectric speaker has: a first vibration plate with a periphery; a piezoelectric element placed on at least one face of the first vibration plate; and multiple openings that are provided around the piezoelectric element and penetrate through the first vibration plate in its thickness direction that is a first axis direction. The housing has: a supporting part that directly or indirectly supports the periphery; and a sound introduction port that faces the piezoelectric speaker in the first axis direction. The sound introduction port is provided at a position where it does not overlap, in the first axis direction, a first opening having the largest open area among the multiple openings. The electroacoustic transducer can improve the acoustic characteristics of a piezoelectric speaker.

The piezoelectric element has a base body with a mounting surface, as well as first and second terminals that are formed on the mounting surface with a distance between them. The vibration plate has a conductive body joined to the piezoelectric element and having a principle surface facing the mounting surface, as well as a first hole with or without a bottom which is formed on the principle surface in a region facing the first terminal to form a space between the body and first terminal. The piezoelectric speaker is capable of preventing the external electrodes of the piezoelectric element from shorting to each other.

摘要: A multilayer piezoelectric element includes a ceramic body formed by a piezoelectric ceramic, and having first and second end face facing a longitudinal direction, first and second principal faces facing a thickness direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. A pair of external electrodes cover the first and second end faces, extend from the first and second end faces onto the first principal face via ridge parts connecting the end faces with the principal faces, and project in the thickness direction on the first principal face. Multiple internal electrodes are stacked inside the ceramic body and are connected alternately to the pair of external electrodes along the thickness direction. A surface electrode is provided on at least one of the first and second principal faces, and connected to the external electrode different from the one to which the internal electrode adjacent in the thickness direction is connected.
