Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of control for rolling mill vibration, and particularly relates to a control device, system and method for vertical-horizontal coupling vibration of a corrugated rolling mill. The control device includes a housing; a vibration-absorbing container is arranged in the housing; a steel ball particle group is placed in the vibration-absorbing container; a left side of the vibration-absorbing container is connected with one end of a return spring; the other end of the return spring is fixedly connected with a third base; the third base is fixedly mounted on a third sliding block; and the third sliding block is slidably arranged on a third linear guide rail.
