    Abstract: A driving method of a display panel, a display panel, and a display device are provided. Pixel units are grouped, so that the pixel units include the same number of sub-pixels. Each of the pixel units performs a display grayscale switching in a corresponding switching frame. A number of the sub-pixels having a first display gray level and a number of the sub-pixels having a second display gray level in each of the pixel units are the same. A the frame time of maintaining the first display grayscale by each of the pixel units and a frame time of maintaining the second display grayscale by each of the pixel units are the same.

    Abstract: The application provides a display panel and a driving method thereof. The display panel comprises a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in a matrix, and the sub-pixels are grouped into a plurality of cell areas arranged repeatedly along the row direction and the column direction. Each cell area comprises at least two sub-pixels, with polarities of adjacent sub-pixels opposite to each other. For at least two consecutive frames during a display cycle, the gray-levels of sub-pixels in the cell area maintain unchanged while polarities of the sub-pixels are reversed.

A corresponding grayscale compensation table is looked up according to a comparison result of a previous frame image data and a current frame image data, a grayscale compensation is performed on the current frame image data after overdriving processing to generate a data signal after grayscale compensation, which can decrease occurrences of bright and dark lines when time-domain viewing angle compensation is switched between frames.
