    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a thin-film transistor liquid-crystal display comprising a first substrate. The first substrate comprises an active area and a non-active area surrounding the active area. The active area is provided with a thin film transistor. The non-active area is provided with a first common electrode, a transfer pad, and an arc-shaped protrusion. The transfer pad is disposed on a side of the non-active area away from the active area and is disposed on the first common electrode for connecting to a common voltage generating circuit. The arc-shaped protrusion is disposed on a side of the non-active area near the active area. By providing the arc-shaped protrusion, the thin film transistor liquid crystal display prevents abnormal display caused by an alignment solution spreading to the transfer pad in the non-active area of the first substrate when the alignment solution is coated on the active area.

The array substrate includes a substrate, a first metal layer, a first insulating layer, an electrically conductive layer, and a second metal layer. The first metal layer and the second metal layer are electrically connected through a through hole on the first insulating layer and a second conductive portion of the electrically conductive layer, so that a contact resistance between the first. metal layer and the second metal layer can be reduced, a problem of gradient lines likely to occur in a display panel can be overcome, and display quality of the display panel can be improved.

    Abstract: A display panel comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer. A thin film transistor layer, a color resist layer, a polymer film on array (PFA) layer, a first electrode layer, and a spacer are disposed on the first substrate in sequence, a trench is disposed on the PFA layer and the first electrode layer, and the spacer is disposed in the trench. It can prevent the problem of the PFA layer affecting elasticity of the spacer, thereby improving products having bubbles under a high altitude and low pressure environment by opening the trench in the PFA layer that avoiding the spacer being superimposed on the PFA.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display module and a display device are provided. An end surface of a binding terminal is combined with an end surface of an array substrate to form a contact surface. The contact surface is disposed obliquely to any side surface of the array substrate. A conductive film is fit to and electrically connected with the contact surface. By increasing area of the contact surface between the binding terminal and the first conductive film, a contact resistance can be effectively reduced. The flip-chip film is bent at least twice to reduce a damage to the flip-chip film during bending.

    Abstract: The application provides an array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel. The array substrate includes a substrate, a driving circuit layer, a color resist layer, and a pixel electrode layer which are disposed in a stack. The color resist layer includes a flow guiding portion and a first via hole having an aperture diameter greater than a threshold. The flow guiding portion is connected to at least part of the first via hole and positioned on at least one of an inside and an outside of the first via hole, and a flow guiding surface of the flow guiding portion is connected to a part of an edge of the aperture of the first via hole. According to the present application, the shape of the aperture is changed so that an alignment liquid does not accumulate when flowing through.
