Abstract: A temperature estimation apparatus includes a measurement circuit and a temperature estimation circuit. The measurement circuit is configured to acquire a voltage measurement and a current measurement. The voltage measurement and the current measurement include a frequency component. The temperature estimation circuit is coupled to the measurement circuit.
