Abstract: In a pre-engineered metal building a wall having an opening closed off by a panel connected by a number of fasteners which will insure weather, structural and wind load integrity under normal conditions but which will allow the panel to swing away upon the occurance of an interior explosion and thus provide a pressure relieving vent.
