Abstract: A ''''ring and bar'''' type of delay line has rings formed by plates connected by metal tubes 5 through which a coolant liquid, having good dielectric properties, is caused to flow. The rings are supported on dielectric blocks which have good thermal conductivity and through which the coolant liquid is caused to circulate.
