Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a roof rack load carrying bar including an airflow regulating pattern extending in a length direction of the load carrying bar. The pattern includes at least two raised rib portions relatively offset from each other in the length direction of the load carrying bar. Each one of the at least two raised rib portions is diagonally arranged with respect to a travel direction of the load carrying bar during use and further has a portion width measured in the length direction of the load carrying bar. Two adjacent raised rib portions are separated by a separation distance in the length direction of the load carrying bar. The separation distance is at least two times greater than the portion width of at least one of the adjacent raised rib portions.
