Abstract: An array substrate and a display panel are provided. The array substrate includes a base and a thin-film transistor disposed on a side of the base, and a turn-on voltage of a gate of the thin-film transistor can be reduced by a sensing effect of the thin-film transistor on external or internal light, so that power consumption of the display panel can be reduced.
