Abstract: Provided is a survey system capable of acquiring point group data of a three-dimensional object desired to be measured without complicated setting. A survey system includes a surveying instrument including a tracking section that tracks a target by emitting tracking light and receiving the tracking light reflected on the target, and a scanner that rotates horizontally and integrally with the surveying instrument and performs scanning around a single axis in a vertical direction, and the scanner and the tracking section are offset in the horizontal direction. Therefore, a scanning line (SL) does not match the target, and is always controlled around the target.

Abstract: Effects of multiple reflections in distance measurement using a laser are reduced. A surveying method for measuring a distance to a reflection point that reflects distance measuring light, based on emission and reception of the distance measuring light, includes assuming that a symbol “K” represents a natural number, excluding zero, and determining whether a beam that is received after the (K+1)th light emission is a repeatedly reflected beam of light that has been emitted before the (K+1)th light emission. The beam that is received, after the (K+1)th light emission, at a time corresponding to a period based on a time interval from light emission at or before the Kth light emission until first reception of a beam related to the light emission at or before the Kth light emission, is determined as being the repeatedly reflected beam.

Abstract: To provide a three-dimensional survey apparatus, a three-dimensional survey method, and a three-dimensional survey program which are capable of suppressing an occurrence of a data-deficient part. A three-dimensional survey apparatus includes a collimating ranging unit, a scanner unit, and a control calculation portion. If there is a data-deficient part where three-dimensional data is not acquired among a measurement object when the scanner unit acquires point cloud data, the control calculation portion executes control to replenish the three-dimensional data related to the data-deficient part having been acquired by the collimating ranging unit to the point cloud data having been acquired by the scanner unit.
