Abstract: A tactile feedback device for producing uniform vibration in an effective area is provided, including: a substrate, a vibration motor, a frame, and a plurality of cushion pads; the vibration motor is fixed on the substrate at an off-center position and can vibrate back-and-forth in a first direction; the frame forms a plurality of bonding areas and at least a pair of cantilever beams, the cantilever beams are located on both sides of the first direction and parallel to a second direction, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, and the cantilever beams are partially fixed to the substrate; the cushion pads are fixed between the substrate and the bonding area; thereby, the tactile feedback of uniform vibration can be obtained when contacting each operation position of the substrate.

Abstract: A dual diamagnetic linear resonant actuator includes a magnetic induction element, a magnet set and a coil. The magnet set comprises four magnets. The N pole of first magnet, the N pole of second magnet, the S pole of third magnet and the S pole of fourth magnet press respectively against the first, second, third and fourth sides of the magnet induction element. The coil surrounds the magnetic induction element and the third and fourth magnets, and maintains a distance from the first end and the second end of the magnetic induction element, and from the N pole of the third and fourth magnets. As such, the first and second magnets compress magnetic field lines, and the third and fourth magnets strengthen the magnetic force, and guide the magnetic field lines towards the coil to accomplish concentration of magnetic field density and to avoid divergence of the magnetic field lines.

Abstract: A linear vibration actuator is provided, comprising a movable structure, a coil and an elastic suspension system. The elastic suspension system comprises a first and a second elastic sheets, and the first and second elastic sheet respectively comprising a first and a second fixed portions, a first and a second suspension portions, and a first and a second engaging portions. Both first and second suspension portions comprise a bend with an angle greater than 90°. The elastic suspension system enables the simple harmonic motion of the movable structure approximating a parallel motion to improve vibration effect without increasing current outputted to the coil, so as to reduce temperature and power consumption of the present invention. As a result, the present invention is able to provide superior vibration effect to portable electronic product and solve the overheating and power consumption problems.

Abstract: A resonant vibration actuator includes a casing, a mover, a plurality of electromagnet sets, two elastic suspensions, and a connecting circuit. The casing is provided with connection terminals for connection on the outside of the casing. The mover has a mover frame, a plurality of permanent magnet units, and two magnetic backs. The permanent magnet units and the magnetic backs are arranged in the mover frame and the electromagnet sets are arranged between the permanent magnet units. Elastic suspensions are connected to the casing and the mover respectively through two connection portions at both ends. The connecting circuit is used to connect the electromagnet sets and the connection terminals outside the casing. By energizing the electromagnet sets, the electromagnet sets act on the permanent magnet units to make the mover move relatively in the casing to generate vibration.

Abstract: A linear vibration motor with compound elastic system is disclosed, comprising: a movable portion, a suspension system, and a fixed portion; wherein the movable portion includes at least a magnet set, and the suspension system includes at least a support element and an elastic element, the fixed portion includes at least a coil set, a magnetically permeable element set, and a housing; the magnetically permeable element set includes at least a first magnetically permeable element set, disposed above or below the magnetic set; the magnetic set includes at least two magnets arranged spaced apart, with up-down magnetization direction and adjacent magnets of opposite polarities. The length of the magnet set is greater than the length of the first magnetically permeable element set. The elastic element and the magnetic restoring force between the magnet set and the magnetically permeable element set constitute a compound elastic system.

Abstract: A force sensing module with vibration feedback is disclosed, comprising: a substrate, a frame and a plurality of magnetic sensors; the substrate is disposed with at least one tactile actuator, and the substrate has a touch operation surface and a mounting surface on opposite sides, the tactile actuator is mounted on the mounting surface; the frame is disposed with at least three buffer spacers, the buffer spacers connect the frame to the substrate; the magnetic sensor includes a magnet and a Hall element, one of the magnet and the Hall element is disposed on the frame, and the other is disposed on the substrate; thereby when a force is applied on the touch operation surface to make the substrate generate an offset, the Hall element outputs a force signal due to the voltage change caused by the approaching magnet, and the signal drives the tactile actuator to generate a vibration feedback.

Abstract: A linear vibration motor is disclosed, including: a movable part, a suspension device, and a fixed part; wherein the movable part includes at least one magnet set, and the fixed part at least includes a coil, at least one magnetically conductive element and a housing; the magnet set and the coil and the magnetically conductive element of the fixed part are arranged with a gap. The magnetically conductive element is located above, below, or both above and below the magnet set; the suspension device includes two stripe springs, respectively located on both sides of the movable part, with one side of each stripe spring connected to the movable part, and the other side connected to the fixed part. When not actuated, the suspension device is a straight full-length stripe without bending at the connections at both ends.

Abstract: A single-lens mechanic zero tilt angle adjustment method is disclosed, comprising a preparation step, an adjustment step and an engagement step, wherein preparation step comprising: disposing a lens at a voice coil motor (VCM), with a gap between the bottom of VCM and an engagement surface of an adaptor and the lens optical axis forming a tilt angle with the normal the adaptor plane; adjustment step comprising: adjusting the tilt angle by moving VCM and/or adaptor to zero degree and the optical axis perpendicular to the adaptor plane; and engagement step comprising: adhering the bottom of VCM to an engagement surface of adaptor to obtain a structure of single-lens mechanic zero tilt angle. As such, the adaptor plane is engaged to the image sensor, and the tilt angles between the lens optical axis o and the axis of the image sensor is zero to improve imaging quality.
