    Abstract: A tactile feedback device for producing uniform vibration in an effective area is provided, including: a substrate, a vibration motor, a frame, and a plurality of cushion pads; the vibration motor is fixed on the substrate at an off-center position and can vibrate back-and-forth in a first direction; the frame forms a plurality of bonding areas and at least a pair of cantilever beams, the cantilever beams are located on both sides of the first direction and parallel to a second direction, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, and the cantilever beams are partially fixed to the substrate; the cushion pads are fixed between the substrate and the bonding area; thereby, the tactile feedback of uniform vibration can be obtained when contacting each operation position of the substrate.

    Abstract: A dual-lens mechanic zero tilt angle adjustment method is disclosed, comprising a preparation step, an adjustment step and an engagement step, wherein preparation step comprising: disposing a dual-lens at one or two voice coil motors (VCM), with the dual-lens having optical axes respectively unparallel to the normal of the plane of an adaptor, and the optical axes forming a first and second tilt angles with the normal of the adaptor plane; adjustment step comprising: adjusting the first and second tilt angles by moving VCM to zero degree; and engagement step comprising: adhering the bottom of VCM to an engagement surface of adaptor to obtain a structure of dual-lens mechanic zero tilt angle. As such, the adaptor plane is engaged to the image sensor, and the tilt angles between the optical axes of dual-lens and the axis of the image sensor are both zero to improve imaging quality.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a control system and a vibration control method for an LRA. The vibration control method comprises: providing an induction coil, the arrangement and the winding of the induction coil able to obtain an inductive voltage proportional to LRA vibration speed; generating a vibration signal according to inductive voltage and feeding back to a driver connected to the LRA to control the vibration of LRA; wherein the generated vibration signal satisfying the following: when induction voltage is lower than a low-speed threshold, the vibration signal causes the driver to apply a driving force in the same direction; when induction voltage is higher than a high-speed threshold, the vibration signal causes the driver to apply a driving force in the opposite direction; when induction voltage is between the low-speed threshold and the high-speed threshold, the vibration signal does not force the driver to apply force.

    Abstract: A linear vibration actuator motor comprises a housing, a coil, a conductive sheet, a bracket, a magnet assembly and two elastic members. The coil is fixed to the bottom wall of the housing. The conductive sheet is fixed to the top wall of the housing and is located above the coil. The bracket is disposed in an accommodating space of the housing, forming framed space, and located above the coil and below the conductive sheet. The magnet assembly is disposed in the framed space above the coil and directly below the conductive sheet. The two elastic members are respectively located between two ends of the bracket and the inner side of two side walls of the housing. Thereby, the invention utilizes the induced current to provide resistance to achieve the damping effect against the motion of the assembly of the bracket and the magnet set with respect to conductive sheet.

    Abstract: A method and structure for compensating tolerances in assembling modules are provided. The method applies to a pressing fixture and a module with a baseline reference plane and an assembly baseline plane. The assembly baseline plane has at least three compensation baseline bumps, having the height greater than the compensation amount. The pressing fixture has a calibration reference plane. The method comprises: adjusting the position of the module or the pressing fixture to make the baseline reference plane parallel to the calibration reference plane; the pressing fixture using the calibration reference plane to press on the compensation baseline bumps, and changing the position of bump top of each compensation baseline bump; removing the pressing fixture from the compensation baseline bumps, and the plurality of the bump tops forming a preliminary baseline plane, and the preliminary baseline plane being parallel to the baseline reference plane.
