    Abstract: The invention provides a biaxially oriented polypropylene resin film containing a base layer (A) formed of a polypropylene-based resin composition containing polypropylene-based resin and polyethylene-based resin; and a surface layer (B) disposed on at least one side of the base layer (A), wherein a) the polypropylene-based resin having the lowest DSC melting point in the polypropylene-based resin composition of base layer (A) has a melting point peak temperature of not lower than 160° C., b) a ratio of α-olefin monomer-derived component to a total of a propylene monomer-derived component and the α-olefin monomer-derived component in the polypropylene-based resin of base layer (A) is not larger than 0.2 mol %, c) the amount of polyethylene-based resin of base layer (A) is 1-20 wt % of a total of polypropylene-based resin and polyethylene-based resin of base layer (A), and d) the biaxially oriented polypropylene resin film has a haze of not larger than 7%.

    Abstract: Provided is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film that can enhance function of having high stiffness, having excellent heat resistance at a high temperature of 150° C., easily maintaining a bag shape when being made into a packaging bag, having less pitch shift during printing or fewer wrinkles in a sealed portion when being heat-sealed, and improving lamination strength. A biaxially oriented polypropylene film comprising a base layer (A), an intermediate layer (B), and a surface layer (C), wherein a stress at 5% elongation (F5) at 23° C. of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is not lower than 40 MPa in a longitudinal direction and not lower than 160 MPa in a width direction, and a heat shrinkage rate at 150° C. of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film is not higher than 10% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 30% in the width direction.

    Abstract: The invention provides a biaxially oriented polypropylene film with a storage elastic modulus (E′-23) of at least 2.0 GPa in a longitudinal direction and at least 6.0 GPa in a width direction, a storage elastic modulus E′ (E′-80) of at least 1.0 GPa in the longitudinal direction and at least 3.0 GPa in the width direction, a ratio (E′-80/E′-23) of E′-80 to E′-23 of at least 0.4 in both the longitudinal direction and the width direction, a heat shrinkage rate at 150° C. of not higher than 10% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 30% in the width direction, a heat shrinkage rate at 120° C. of not higher than 2.0% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 5.0% in the width direction, and a heat shrinkage rate at 120° C. in the longitudinal direction that is lower than the heat shrinkage rate at 120° C. in the width direction.

    Abstract: Provided is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film that is suitable as a raw film for processing and that, without impairing excellent transparency and mechanical properties intrinsically possessed by the biaxially oriented polypropylene film, exhibits excellent adhesiveness at the time of vapor deposition, coating, or lamination with another film and also has favorable slipperiness and blocking resistance. The biaxially oriented polypropylene film contains a base material layer (A) and a surface layer (B), each of which contains a polypropylene-based resin as a main component, wherein (1) the number of protrusions of 500 nm or larger in a surface area of 2000 μm2 on the surface layer (B) is 50-200, (2) a surface of the surface layer (B) has a wetting tension of 38 mN/m or higher, (3) the surface has a Martens hardness of 350 N/mm2 or lower, and (4) the surface has an arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of 1.5-3.0 nm.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a biaxially-oriented polypropylene film having high stiffness, excellent heat resistance to high temperature as high as 150° C., easiness of maintaining its bag shape when made into a packaging bag, less printing pitch shift at the time of printing, and less wrinkles of heat sealed part when heat sealed. The biaxially-oriented polypropylene film satisfies the following formulae (1) to (3): (1) a half width of a peak derived from an oriented crystal in a width direction of the film in an azimuth dependence of a (110) plane of polypropylene α-type crystal through measurement with wide-angle X rays diffraction is 25° or less; (2) the film has a heat-shrinkage ratio at 150° C. of 10% or less in a longitudinal direction and 24% or less in a width direction; and (3) the film has a tensile elongation at break at 23° C. of 195% or more in the longitudinal direction.
