摘要: The invention relates to a blown film line for generating a blown film with at least one extruder for generating at least one melt strand, at least one distribution tool for converting the at least one melt strand into a circulating melt layer, an outlet nozzle for outputting the at least one melt layer, wherein this melt layer forms the blown film, and at least one device for subjecting the blown film to at least one fluid stream, in particular an air stream, for cooling the blown film. At least one pressure-providing device is furnished, with which the blown film may be brought to the device for subjecting the blown film to a fluid stream by means of at least one overpressure and/or one underpressure.

摘要: A polymer composition for producing gel extruded articles is described. The polymer composition contains polyethylene particles combined with a plasticizer. The polyethylene polymer has a narrow molecular weight distribution. Polymer articles made in accordance with the present disclosure have enhanced strength properties. In one embodiment, the polymer composition is used to form a porous membrane for use as a separator in electronic devices.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an extrudable article and a composition, each including at least one polyurethane including hydroxyl groups and latent isocyanate groups in the form of uretdione groups. The hydroxyl groups are present on a first polyurethane and the latent isocyanate groups are present on either the first polyurethane or a second polyurethane and a ratio of the latent isocyanate groups to the hydroxyl groups is greater than 1.2:1. A method of making the extrudable article is provided including reacting in an extruder a polymerizable composition including a uretdione-containing material including a reaction product of a diisocyanate reacted with itself, a hydroxyl-containing compound, and an isocyanate-containing compound. A method of making a core-sheath filament is provided including forming a core composition of the at least one polyurethane and wrapping a sheath composition including an ethylene copolymer or a polyolefin around the core composition. Further, methods of printing a composition are provided including heating and mixing the extrudable article, such as in an extruder, to form a molten composition, then dispensing the molten composition through a nozzle onto a substrate.

The plurality of ground-engaging members includes a pair of front skis and an endless track assembly. The snowmobile also includes a front suspension operably coupled to the pair of front skis. The snowmobile also includes a rear suspension operably coupled to the track. The rear suspension includes slide rails and track sliders for engaging the track. The track sliders are comprised of a first and second retention members for coupling with the slide rail. The retention members are comprised of a plurality of recesses where material is removed for light weighting.

摘要: Disclosed is a polymeric composition that can include at least 95 wt. % of a polypropylene copolymer, and 50 ppm to 2000 ppm of an aryl amide containing clarifying agent, a phosphate ester salt containing clarifying agent, or a combination thereof. The polymeric composition can have a haze value of A after being extruded once and a haze value of B after being extruded 2 times, wherein the ratio of A to B is 1 to 1.35, wherein A is less than 25%, and wherein A and B are determined in accordance with ASTM D1003, at a thickness of about 40 mil.

摘要: A multilayer biodegradable film is based on polylactides (polylactic acid), preferably obtained by reactive coextrusion, and may include at least one first layer A and at least one second layer B, in which the layer A and layer B are different from each other and the layer A includes: i) a minimum of 75 wt. % amorphous polylactic acid (PLA) with D isomer content ≥5%; and ii) triblock epoxy styrene-acrylate copolymer up to 5 wt. % of the total polylactic acid in this layer; and layer B includes: i) a minimum of 75 wt. % semi-crystalline polylactic acid with a degree of crystallinity ≥20% and low content of D isomer ≤5%; and ii) triblock epoxy styrene-acrylate copolymer up to 5 wt. % of the total polylactic acid in this layer. The multilayer biodegradable film may be three-layered and obtained by the blown extrusion method.

摘要: Provided are a resin molding material, a method for producing same, and a method for producing resin member or the like, said resin molding material being a resin molding material which is capable of reducing a loss of ultraviolet absorber, resulting in less contamination in facilities, minimizing the impact of harmful lights by efficiently absorbing harmful lights in the wavelength region of 380 to 400 nm (to 420 nm), and suppressing the absorption of lights having a wavelength of not shorter than 400 nm (420 nm) which is a primary cause of early-stage yellowing to thereby produce a member having a superior appearance since the ultraviolet absorber is less prone to be sublimed during hot-melt compounding (first/second processing) that requires a high-temperature processing, or during other heat processing. The resin molding material is used in heat processing and comprises a resin and a 2-phenylbenzotriazole derivative that contains a thioether-containing group.

摘要: A packaged product has a product surrounded by a vacuum skin package. The vacuum skin package has a support member and an implosion-resistant thermoplastic top web. The top web conforms with both the upper surface of the product, and an uncovered portion of the upper surface of the support member. The thermoplastic top web comprises an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer in an amount of from 55 wt % to 85 wt %, based on total weight of top web, and/or a blend of ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and cyclic olefin copolymer. Also disclosed is a vacuum skin package containing the implosion-resistant top web.
