    摘要: An air-conditioning register fin includes an elongated plate-shaped fin main body and an elongated decorative member attached to one of edges of the fin main body in a transverse direction. One of the fin main body and the decorative member includes an engagement projection. The other one of the fin main body and the decorative member includes a recess that accommodates the engagement projection and an engagement hook projecting from an inner surface of the recess. The engagement hook holds and engages the engagement projection.

    摘要: An air-conditioning register includes a tubular retainer including a wall and a downstream opening, fins that are located adjacent to the downstream opening in the retainer and arranged parallel to one another so as to be tiltable relative to the retainer, and an operation knob mounted to a central fin. Each of the fins includes two rotation shafts at opposite ends of the fin. The wall of the retainer includes bearing holes, each supporting one of the rotation shafts of the corresponding fin. The overlap between the rotation shaft of one of the fins that is free of the knob and the inner surface defining the corresponding bearing hole is smaller than the overlap between the rotation shaft of the fin to which the knob is mounted and the inner surface defining the corresponding bearing hole.

The downstream fin and the upstream fin are provided in a ventilation passage which allows air-conditioning air to flow. The downstream fin is rotatable around a center line of a first rotation shaft. The upstream fin is rotatable around a center line of a second rotation shaft further on an upstream side than the downstream fin in the ventilation passage. The second rotation shaft extends in a direction different from that of the first rotation shaft. The downstream fin is slidable in a center line direction of the first rotation shaft and has a driving unit which presses the upstream fin in a slide movement direction as the downstream fin slides.

    摘要: An air conditioning register includes: a downstream side fin; an upstream side fin; an operation knob; and a fork including a pair of transmission pieces, and connected to the operation knob. A transmission shaft is provided in the upstream side fin, and is interposed between the pair of transmission pieces. The transmission shaft is provided with a stopper that regulates further displacement of the fork. A surface of the stopper is an inclined surface that is inclined with respect to a center axis of the transmission shaft so as to be located outside in a radial direction centering on the center axis of the transmission shaft as approaching an end of the transmission shaft. An inclination angle of the inclined surface with respect to the center axis of the transmission shaft is an angle equal to or greater than 9° and equal to or less than 14°.

    摘要: First and second upstream fins and first and second downstream fins are arranged in the air passage of air-conditioning air to pivot. The first upstream fin includes an upstream body with a cutout extending upstream from the downstream edge. A transmission shaft, which extends along upstream fin shafts, is arranged in the cutout. The first downstream fin includes a downstream body with a slidable operation knob. The operation knob includes a fork that is rotationally supported with a support shaft. The fork includes a pair of transmission pieces, which extends upstream from the operation knob and sandwiches the transmission shaft. The transmission shaft includes a pair of stoppers, which is located at positions that are spaced from each other in the extending direction of the transmission shaft and that sandwich the transmission pieces. The stoppers are caused to contact the transmission pieces by operation of the operation knob.
