摘要: Provided is a storage box comprising an outer panel and an inner panel which are easily and firmly combined with each other without employing vibrational welding or screws. The outer panel and the inner panel are integrally combined by claw engagement portions. The claw engagement portions comprise at least one positioning claw engagement portion for determining relative positions of the outer panel and the inner panel, and at least one undetectable claw engagement portion for restricting the outer panel and the inner panel from moving in directions to be separated from each other.

摘要: A rear wall of an instrument panel has an outlet port and an inclined wall. An angle defined by the inclined wall and a vertical plane is from 30° to 40°. An upper fin and a lower fin are both supported by fin pivots. The lower fin is configured to be inclinable downward by at most 30° with respect to a horizontal plane. When the lower fin is inclined downward by a maximum angle, an interlocking mechanism inclines the upper fin together with the lower fin in an interlocking manner such that an angle of the upper fin with respect to the lower fin is greater than that when in a horizontal state. A bottom wall of a retainer includes an inclined surface located under an upstream end of the lower fin. The inclined surfaced is inclined upward toward the downstream end.

摘要: An air-conditioning register includes: a movable fin; an operation knob; and a transmission mechanism. A load generating mechanism is provided in a middle of a force transmission path in the transmission mechanism. The load generating mechanism includes a pressure receiving portion, a pressing member, and a spring. The pressure receiving portion has a pressure receiving surface. The pressing member rotates with respect to the pressure receiving portion as the operation knob rotates. The spring generates a load between the pressing member and the pressure receiving portion by urging the pressing member toward a side approaching the pressure receiving surface and pressing the pressing member against the pressure receiving surface. The pressing member and the pressure receiving portion are each formed of a hard resin material, and the pressing member is directly in contact with the pressure receiving surface to generate the load.

摘要: An air-conditioning register includes: a downstream fin; and an upstream fin. The downstream fin and the upstream fin are provided in a ventilation passage which allows air-conditioning air to flow. The downstream fin is rotatable around a center line of a first rotation shaft. The upstream fin is rotatable around a center line of a second rotation shaft further on an upstream side than the downstream fin in the ventilation passage. The second rotation shaft extends in a direction different from that of the first rotation shaft. The downstream fin is slidable in a center line direction of the first rotation shaft and has a driving unit which presses the upstream fin in a slide movement direction as the downstream fin slides.
