摘要: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack, a reaction gas supply portion, and a control unit. The control unit performs two stages of purging that are a first purging and a second purging in which the flow rate of the reaction gas is smaller than the flow rate of the reaction gas of the first purging, and provides a purging standby time between the first purging and the second purging, and in a case in which an operation mode of the fuel cell stack when power generation of the fuel cell stack is stopped is a high output mode in which an output is higher than the output of a normal mode, the control unit makes a purging time longer than the purging time of the first purging that is performed in the normal mode.

摘要: In a fuel cell system, a controller is configured to, to stop the fuel cell system, (a) execute an oxidizing gas consumption process by supplying a fuel gas to an anode and sweeping current from a fuel cell while a supply-side on-off valve and an exhaust-side on-off valve are closed to seal the remaining oxidizing gas in the cathode, and (b) stop sweeping the current at a time point at which the difference between pressure of the cathode that decreases in response to the sweeping of the current and an estimated pressure value of the cathode that decreases by consumption of the oxidizing gas remaining in the cathode in response to the sweeping of the current becomes larger than a predetermined determination threshold value to end the oxidizing gas consumption process.

摘要: A fuel cell system comprises a fuel cell, a cooling system, a rotating speed acquisition part acquiring a rotating speed of the refrigerant pump, a power consumption acquisition part acquiring a power consumption of the refrigerant pump, and a controller configured to receive a rotating speed acquired by the rotating speed acquisition part and control the refrigerant pump. The controller has stored therein a predetermined correspondence between rotating speeds of the refrigerant pump and power consumption threshold values. The controller executes a refrigerant leak decision process for deciding presence or absence of a refrigerant leak while executing constant rotating speed control for the refrigerant pump, and in the refrigerant leak decision process, with reference to the correspondence by using a rotating speed value acquired by the rotating speed acquisition part, the controller determines a power consumption threshold value corresponding to the rotating speed value, and decides that a refrigerant leak has occurred if a power consumption value acquired by the power consumption acquisition part is equal to or lower than the power consumption threshold value corresponding to the rotating speed value.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a fuel cell system which comprises: a target output reaching time estimation unit configured to estimate a target output reaching time that requires for a fuel cell after start-up at a below-freezing temperature to become capable of providing an expected output desired or expected by a user of the fuel cell system or a predetermined output according to the expected output, based on the water content in the fuel cell and the temperature inside the fuel cell at the time of start-up at a below-freezing temperature; and a target output reaching time notification unit that notifies the user of the time estimated by the target output reaching time estimation unit.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell including a fuel electrode being supplied with fuel gas and an oxidant electrode being supplied with oxidant gas and generating electric power by causing the fuel gas and the oxidant gas to react with each other, a voltmeter measuring an output voltage of the fuel cell, an ammeter measuring an output current of the fuel cell, a restricting valve provided upstream and downstream of an oxidant electrode side of the fuel cell and being opened in a power generation state and being closed in a stopped state or under the oxygen consuming control, and a load control unit controlling a current value of an output current to be output by the fuel cell and, under the oxygen consuming control, controlling the output voltage of the fuel cell such that the output current reduces as the output voltage of the fuel cell increases.

摘要: A fuel cell vehicle is configured such that at least a part of an underfloor of a vehicle body is formed to have a shape causing a downforce to the vehicle body by wind passing below the underfloor, and an exhaust port via which exhaust gas from a cathode-side passage of a fuel cell is discharged is disposed in a negative pressure region where a negative pressure is caused by the shape causing the downforce. A magnitude of the negative pressure to be caused by the shape is detected or estimated, so that a driving amount of an air supply configured to supply air to the fuel cell is controlled according to the magnitude of the negative pressure thus detected or estimated.
