摘要: The present invention provides a method for detection of an inflammatory reaction, which comprises using a transformant or transgenic non-human animal transfected with a vector comprising a promoter for a gene encoding an inflammatory cytokine, a gene encoding a reporter protein, a gene encoding the inflammatory cytokine, and a gene encoding a proteolytic signal sequence to thereby detect an inflammatory reaction induced upon inflammatory stimulation in the transformant or in the transgenic non-human animal.

摘要: The present invention provides embryonic stem cells obtained from an embryo of a mouse engineered to replace all or some of domains in the mouse MHC class I molecule H2-D with domains from the human MHC class I molecule HLA-A by culture in the presence of a GSK3 inhibitor and an MEK inhibitor, as well as a mouse which is created with the use of these embryonic stem cells.
