A multimedia signal processing apparatus comprises communication service units having a plurality of types of signal processing modes corresponding to a plurality of types of communication service classifications, a communication service classification identifying unit for identifying, on the basis of signal processing request information on one call communicated from a higher-rank node, a communication service classification for that call, and a mode control unit for controlling a signal processing mode of the communication service unit to a mode suitable for the communication service classification identified in the communication service classification identifying unit. With this configuration, in the multimedia signal processing apparatus, the signal processing mode of the communication service unit is controlled to a mode suitable for the service classification for each call, which can considerably decrease the number of communication service units to be mounted and significantly reduce the probability of the rejection of newly arrived call.

In order to prevent occurrence of congestion derived from an unexpected or temporary factor as much as possible, a computer is allowed to execute a process of acquiring actual operational information indicating an actual operational history of a mobile communication network; a process of acquiring setting data corresponding to station data set for each node of the mobile communication network; a process of extracting, on the basis of the actual operational information and the setting data, a node or a channel expected to have increase in traffic and a node or a channel having a margin in traffic; a process of creating station data optimized in consideration of change of traffic to be set for each extracted node; and a process of transferring the created station data to the corresponding node for update.

An authentication system performs user authentication between a client and a server using a one-time password. Each of the client and the server generates random authentication data. The generated random authentication data is exchanged between the client and the server. In this way, authentication based on a complete random authentication data not using specific one-time password generation logic can be provided. Furthermore, by applying the method for authentication and the method for updating a one-time password according to the present invention, spoofing can be detected even when a password is stolen. As a result, unauthorized access can be prevented.
