摘要： A method of designing a semiconductor device includes preparing a standard cell layout including a layout out a preliminary pin pattern in at least one interconnection layout, performing a routing step to connect the preliminary pin pattern to a high-level interconnection layout, and generating a pin pattern in the interconnection layout, based on hitting information obtained at the completion of the routing step. The pin pattern is smaller than the preliminary pin pattern.

摘要： A towel has an absorbent cloth body having a first side and an opposing second side, a head pocket defining an opening thereinto accessible from the first side of the absorbent cloth body, and a pair of hand pockets each defining openings thereinto accessible from the second side of the absorbent cloth body. The absorbent cloth body is preferably of a shape having at least an apex corner at or near which the head pocket is located and a pair of opposing flank corners at or near which each of the hand pockets are respectively located.
