摘要： An exposure control system for daylight and flash photography. In the flash mode with computer flash light device, the system accommodates for a variation in the otherwise fixed parameter of diaphragm aperture by taking into account the camera-to-subject distance. In one embodiment of the invention, the diaphragm value and the integrated flash light are varied with distance at equal rates to each other, reaching the maximum possible values simultaneously at a distance twice as long as that when the diaphragm is fixed. In another embodiment, these variables are increased one at a time, reaching the maximum value, after which the other is increased to effect an equivalent result.

摘要： A flash photographic exposure control system for a camera having an electrically timed shutter is provided with an additional electronic or mechanical timing device in combination with an electronic changeover switch responsive to attainment of the threshold level of the flash unit associated therewith. This is done to switch the camera from an automatic daylight exposure range to an automatic flash exposure range in which a particular timed interval suited for flash photography is made by the timing device which is brought into cooperation with the shutter operating means when the changeover switch is actuated, while the intrinsic timing device for the shutter being cut off from the control means for the shutter.

摘要： A voltage detecting means is provided in a flash lamp firing circuit for detecting the attainment of the voltage of a storage capacitor to a satisfactory lamp firing voltage level to assure that a photographic camera associated with the flash lighting unit operates in a flash exposure range switched from a daylight exposure range only when a sufficient voltage is available to fire the lamp at the time of striking of the lamp. In one embodiment, the detecting means comprises two transistorized circuits having output terminals one of which is connected to the gate lead of a SCR in a discharge circuit of the lamp, and another output terminal which is arranged to be connectable to a light-emitting diode of the camera and therefrom connected to the gate lead of an electronic change-over switch for selection of the operating ranges of the camera, the light-emitting diode being arranged to be visible from the outside of the camera so that the operator is immediately aware if the storage capacitor voltage has attained the satisfactory firing level.

摘要： An electronic flash apparatus is provided with a display element positioned in the view-finder of a photographic camera so that the operator is immediately aware if the flash tube has been fired in response to the closure of the synchronous switch. The light emitting operation of this display element is controlled by use of a signal generator arranged to be responsive to the occurrence of discharge through the flash tube of the flash apparatus. With this apparatus, therefore, the operator may rely upon the appearance of this display element to insure that the firing is effected by the flash apparatus even when the object-to-camera distance is relatively small.

摘要： The present invention relates to a shutter time control circuit of the type in which the shutter time is changed over into a predetermined value for flash light photography in response to a flash charge completion signal from the flash light device. In order to eliminate the shortcoming of the conventional shutter time control circuit of this type, in that when the shutter time is changed over into the value predetermined for flash light photography predetermined shutter time is memorized in a memory capacitor for controlling the shutter time in accordance with the value memorized after the charge completion signal has disappeared.

摘要： The present invention relates to the flash photographic system for camera which is characterized in that the system presents a safety device for preventing various misoperations generally apt to take place at the time of taking a photograph by using a flash light device. By means of the operation of this device, the shutter time is set at a certain determined time for taking a photograph under flash light with the shutter time setting means at the camera side whereby the flash light photographic mode setting signal can be obtained only when the light device is set at the state ready for flash lighting in such a manner that the camera is capable of taking a photograph under flash light only when this signal is obtained. According to a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention, even when the release operation is carried out so that the above mentioned flash light photographic mode setting signal is not obtained, the flash light device does not operate by means of the effect of the safety device so that the camera is automatically set in the state for taking photography under ordinary day light.

摘要： A selector circuit interrupted by an electrical signal from an attachment selectively mounted on the camera body and is connected in the light receiving circuit as well as the exposure determining circuit provided in the camera.
