A method for producing a phosphor made of luminous inorganic particles of a nanostructure which is capable of keeping a surface of the phosphor from being polluted by any by-product and controlling a particle diameter distribution of the phosphor as desired. A carbon material and an inorganic salt are mixed together to prepare a mixture, which is then heated, to thereby form an interlaminar compound. Then, the interlaminar compound is subject to a treatment using an eliminating agent, leading to production of luminous inorganic compound particles adhered to the carbon material.

The proposed composite oxygen-permeable membrane comprises a solid ceramic layer with ion and/or electron conductivity and at least one layer of gas-permeable structure made of an alloy containing elements of groups VIII and VI of Mendeleev's Periodic Table and aluminum. In specific implementations the gas-permeable layer is made of an alloy comprising iron, chromium and aluminum. Additionally a task of creating mechanically stable protecting layers is accomplished by selecting holes of various forms and sizes, in particular, in the form of pores and meshes. The invention is aimed at extending the life term of membrane reactors, in particular, reactors for oxygen recovery from an oxygen-containing gas and for the reaction of hydrocarbons oxidation.

The invention relates to membrane engineering, in particular reactors for gas separation and/or for carrying out chemical reactions, namely to a reactor for extracting oxygen from an oxygen-containing gas and to a method for manufacturing the said reactor. The invented reactor for gas separation and/or for carrying out chemical reactions comprises a body (1), a ceramic membrane (2) and a connecting element (3) which is disposed there between and made of an alloy containing elements of the VII and VI groups of the Mendeleev's periodic table, wherein an aluminum oxide layer is formed on the connecting element surface which is adjacent to the membrane. The invented method for manufacturing the reactor for gas separation and/or for carrying out chemical reactions consists in fixing the ceramic membrane (2) in the reactor body (1) by means of the connecting element made of the alloy containing elements of the VII and VI groups of the Mendeleev's periodic table, wherein the used alloy is added with aluminum, prior to fixing the membrane (2), the connecting element (3) is heated in an oxygen-containing gas at a temperature ranging from 800 to 1100° C. or an aluminum oxide layer is applied to the connecting element surface which is adjacent to the membrane.
