摘要： A rack shaft is supported in an inner peripheral portion of a tubular housing of a gear housing via a rack bush. An inner peripheral portion of the rack bush is formed as a peripheral surface approximately similar to a circle in which a peripheral surface constituted by a large circular arc and a peripheral surface constituted by a small circular arc are continuously provided. The rack shaft is not in contact with the peripheral surface constituted by the large circular arc, and the peripheral surface constituted by the small circular arc is formed as a support portion of the rack shaft. The support of the rack shaft by the peripheral surface constituted by the small circular arc is not accomplished when a load applied to the rack shaft is nothing or low, but is accomplished when the load is high. Further, an engaging convex portion acting as a positioning and rotation prevention for the bush is provided in an outer peripheral portion of the rack bush.

摘要： A rack shaft is supported in an inner peripheral portion of a tubular housing of a gear housing via a rack bush. An inner peripheral portion of the rack bush is formed as a peripheral surface approximately similar to a circle in which a peripheral surface constituted by a large circular arc and a peripheral surface constituted by a small circular arc are continuously provided. The rack shaft is not in contact with the peripheral surface constituted by the large circular arc, and the peripheral surface constituted by the small circular arc is formed as a support portion of the rack shaft. 摘要： A rack shaft is supported at three positions including a gear housing receiving an engagement portion between a rack gear and a pinion near one end in an axial direction with respect to a rack housing corresponding to a support body thereof, a housing near the other end, and a hollow tube housing in an approximately center portion of the rack shaft. A bush made of a resin and constituted by a cylinder body is used for supporting the rack shaft by the hollow tube housing in the approximately center portion of the rack shaft. The bush is provided with a plurality of cut grooves extending in an axial direction thereof, and is provided with a curve forming portion substantially supporting the rack shaft and extending toward an inner side in a center portion in the axial direction thereof.

According to the thus-defined job flow, an instruction data generation server generates instruction data defining the content of processes, a storage location of a document as a subject, and other items. When the user selects desired one of the instruction data, the selected instruction data is sent to a cooperative processing server. The cooperative processing server interprets the instruction data and makes a service processing apparatus execute plural processes in cooperation by sending the respective service processing apparatuses processing requests that are formed so that a document will be processed according to the content of processes and processing order that are described in the instruction data

A worm wheel is provided on the output shaft to transmit rotation of the electric motor to the output shaft in a housing, wherein a boss of the worm wheel is fitted into an outer circumference of the output shaft, and a bearing fitted into the outer circumference of the boss is supported on the housing.
