In another embodiment, a wireless device is configured to receive within a MAC CE message from the network node, an indication of a plurality Kj of TCI states that are mapped to a single codepoint, j, in a DCI TCI field, and receive within the MAC CE message, the number Kj of TCI states mapped to the codepoint j.

The wireless device filters at least a first subset of the radio measurements using a first filtering configuration and filters at least a second subset of the radio measurements using a second filtering configuration, where the second filtering configuration differs from the first filtering configuration. The first and second filtering configurations apply to first and second different types of reference signals, respectively, or to beam-level measurements and cell-level measurements, respectively.

摘要: A method is performed by a wireless device in a network. The wireless device detects a triggering event related to a procedure for a handover from a source network node to a target network node in which the wireless device relies on downlink beam selection. The wireless device determines measurement information to include in a message to send to the target network node. The measurement information is obtained by measuring one or more beams according to at least one of a radio link management configuration, a beam management configuration, and a measurement configuration. In response to detecting the triggering event, the determined measurement information in the message is sent to the target network node.

摘要: A method for performing radio link monitoring comprises performing, by a user equipment (UE), a radio link monitoring (RLM) procedure with first RLM parameters; receiving, at the UE, a message including at least one second RLM parameter; identifying, by the UE, a difference between the first RLM parameters and the at least one second RLM parameter; and resetting, at the UE, at least one of the first RLM parameters in response to identifying the difference between the first RLM parameters and the at least one second RLM parameter. The method may configure the UE upon performing RLM by adapting the difference between the current RLM parameters and the future parameters, so that the UE behavior may become clear.

摘要: A network node (200), a wireless device (202) and methods therein, for communicating or obtaining system information. The network node (200) transmits (2:1) a System Information Block Type1, SIB1, message that includes at least one other SIB than SIB1 as an extension. The wireless device (202) reads (2:2) the at least one other SIB in the SIB1 if the wireless device (202) is capable of reading the extension in the SIB1 message. The network node (200) may further transmit (2:1) the at least one other SIB in a subsequent separate System Information message. The wireless device (202) is then able to read (2:4) the at least one other SIB in the subsequently received System Information message if the wireless device (202) is not capable of reading the extension in the SIB1 message. Thereby, if the wireless device is capable of reading the extension in the SIB1 message it will acquire the system information earlier than if the other SIBs are only transmitted in less frequent System Information messages. If the wireless device is not capable of reading the extension in the SIB1 message, it can still acquire the other SIB(s) from the subsequent System Information message.

摘要: A method of operating a wireless device may be provided. A wireless device may receive a release message from a network node of a radio access network. The release message may include an identification of a redirected carrier. In response to the release message omitting synchronization block related parameters for the redirected carrier, the wireless device may check in measurement information configured for the wireless device for the synchronization block related parameters for the redirected carrier; and may perform synchronization signal measurements for the redirected carrier using the synchronization block related parameters in the measurement information.
