摘要: A method is arranged to be performed by a network node of a cellular communication system when operating according to a scheme where system information for enabling a wireless device to access a cell operated by the network node is broadcasted on an anchor channel. The method includes acquiring a first set of control information and a second set of control information to be provided to the wireless device, encoding the first set of control information to an information block, adapting the information block based on the second set of control information by selecting at least one of a plurality of partitions of the information block and broadcasting the adapted information block on the anchor channel. The selection provides information about the second set of control information. A method arranged to be performed by a wireless device of a cellular communication system is also provided.

摘要: Methods for a wireless communication device and network node are provided. A method is performed by a wireless communication device arranged to operate in a cellular communication system. Information about a carrier frequency to perform measurements on is acquired, and a check made whether the carrier frequency belongs to a set of frequencies on which information is kept by the wireless communication device in a searchable frequency set. If the carrier frequency belongs to the set, the wireless communication device carries on with measurements. If the carrier frequency does not belong to the set, the wireless communication device proceeds with adding the information about the carrier frequency to the set.

摘要: A method of a network node of a time division duplex (TDD) system is disclosed. The method comprises acquiring a maximum cell synchronization error, determining a number of symbols of a partial uplink subframe (PUSF) based on the maximum cell synchronization error, and transmitting an indication of a PUSF configuration to at least one PUSF capable wireless communication device, wherein the PUSF configuration indicates the determined number of symbols of the PUSF. The method also comprises sending an uplink grant signal to one or more of the at least one PUSF capable wireless communication devices, wherein the uplink grant is for a PUSF immediately preceding another subframe to be used for downlink transmission. Transmitting the indication of the PUSF configuration may comprise broadcasting the indication or including the indication in the uplink grant signal. The method may further comprise receiving an indication of PUSF capability from the at least one PUSF capable wireless communication device, thereby identifying the at least one PUSF capable wireless communication device as PUSF capable. Corresponding computer program product, arrangement and network node are also disclosed.

摘要: A method performed by a wireless communication device for reducing handover delay, wherein the wireless communication device is arranged to operate in a cellular communication system and to operate in a cell using unlicensed spectrum. The method includes receiving a downlink, DL, signal from network node operating a neighbouring cell operating in the unlicensed spectrum, wherein the DL signal includes a discovery reference signal, DRS, subframe, storing data associated with the DRS subframe, receiving a handover command from a network node operating a serving cell where the neighbouring cell is a target cell, and performing a random access procedure for handover to the target cell. A device performing the method and a computer program for implementing the method are also disclosed.
