A method and system are provided for interfacing entities engaged in property exchange activities. The method includes establishing connectivity with at least one external platform via an application programming interface; receiving, via a communications module, using the application programming interface, data indicative of actions or activities by an acquiring entity automatically detected from interactions with the external platform by the acquiring entity, the external platform being accessible to the server device via the application programming interface; automatically determining from the data, an intent to engage in a property exchange activity by the acquiring entity, by: monitoring the data to classify search behavior in a plurality of sessions; and detecting that the acquiring entity has changed their search behavior between sessions indicating the intent to engage in the property exchange activity and to trigger further action related to the property exchange activity, wherein the changed search behavior comprises specifying a price range, specifying a geographic location, or both; and in response to determining the intent, triggering the further action.

The method includes receiving a first signal including a request to engage in a property exchange activity by an acquiring entity, accessing first profile data for the acquiring entity, accessing second profile data for each of a plurality of advisor entities related to the property exchange activity, using the first profile data and the second profile data to generate at least one proposed match between a corresponding one or more of the plurality of advisor entities and the acquiring entity, sending a second signal including a recommendation, enabling the acquiring entity to respond to the recommendation and engage with advisor entities, providing a first advisor connection between the acquiring entity and the first advisor entity, and enabling at least one interaction in at least one advisor activity between the acquiring entity and the first advisor entity.

A system and method are provided for interfacing home buyers and realtors. The method includes, receiving a first signal including financial data and a second signal including personal profile data for each acquiring entity associated with the electronic platform, storing a database of realtor profile data for each of a plurality of the realtors, providing a realtor search tool to receive search criteria, receiving search criteria and using the received search criteria and the realtor profile data to generate a search result list comprising at least one recommended realtor, sending the search result list to the acquiring entity, receiving a request for a selected realtor, providing controlled access to the financial data and the personal profile data to the selected realtor, and enabling at least one step in an acquisition process to be electronically executed or electronically initiated with a financial institution computing system.

The disclosed embodiments include methods and system for detecting error events, such as account shortfalls, within networked computer systems operated by the financial institutions and other business. In one aspect, a system includes a memory storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instruction to perform operating, such as receiving a payment request for a payment amount from a first account of a user to a destination account. The operations may also include determining that the first account lacks sufficient funds to cover the payment amount, and determining that the user has pre-approved credit facility secured by a first set of investment holdings of the user that generate revenue that is periodically transferred to the first account. The operations may also include performing a fund transfer operation for the payment amount from the credit line account to the first account.

The disclosed embodiments include methods and systems for providing tokenized transaction accounts. In one embodiment, a computer-implemented method is provided that may include generating, by one or more processors, a first tokenized transaction account from a first transaction account associated with a first user. The method may also include providing the first tokenized transaction account to a client device associated with the first user for storage in the client device and use in transactions. The method may also include updating the first tokenized transaction account based on one or more conditions and providing the updated first tokenized transaction account to the client device for storage and use in a subsequent transaction.

The method includes providing via a communications module a user interface viewable by a plurality of entity devices, and enabling via the communications module the user interface to display electronic content comprising at least one element. The method also includes determining at least one filtering criterion for controlling visibility of the at least one element of the electronic content being displayed, and concealing or modifying at least one element of the electronic content as displayed in the user interface for at least one of the plurality of entity devices, according to the at least one filtering criterion.

The disclosed embodiments include computerized methods and systems for authenticating user identity based on non-credentialed information. For example, in response to a request from a device of a user for a service performable by one or more networked computer systems, the disclosed embodiments may identify one or more public and private sources of non-credentialed information. The disclosed embodiments may also transmit messages to devices of the individuals requesting non-credentialed information associated with the user, and based on the received responses, may verify an identity of the user based on at least a portion of the received non-credentialed information. Further, in some aspects, non-credentialed authentication processes consistent with the disclosed embodiments may reduce an ability of malicious parties to attach or hack into the one or more networked computer systems.
