摘要： This disclosure relates to compounds, pharmaceutical compositions comprising them, and methods of using the compounds and compositions for treating apicomplexan parasite infections. More particularly, this disclosure relates to tetrahydroquinolinone compounds and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, methods of selectively inhibiting cytochrome b with these compounds, and methods of treating diseases that benefit from selective cytochrome b inhibition, such as a T. gondii infection.
